MemberThanks for following up! And sorry for the delay in my reply, looks like the ticket status was not correctly set and it was out of my radar (corrected this).
I’m sorry to say I wasn’t quite understanding the issue here. Maps in single events and single venue pages, are embedded maps as opposed to the map in Map View which is generated via JS. The method we have been discussing only works for JS maps and not for embedded ones 🙁
You can find alternatives for embedded maps here → http://stackoverflow.com/questions/21992498/disable-mouse-scroll-wheel-zoom-on-embedded-google-maps
Please let me know if this helps,

MemberHi there Ranjan,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this issue 🙁
First thing here is to get the site back working. For this please downgrade the plugins to the past version where things were working well!
Once that’s done, please set up a staging site in which we can review the update issue you mention and testing for conflicts without affecting the site audience.
Please let me know if downgrading the plugins makes events right again,
Best,

MemberHi there Michael,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this issue 🙁
Reviewing your site’s system information I don’t see Community Events plugin active. Can you please check on this on (WP-Admin > Plugins > Installed plugins)?
Thanks,

MemberHi there Diane,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and for your interest in our products 🙂
Is this a possibility? I know we could modify the template script to insert a field for this, but wondered if there was something more out of the box?
This is possible by using the ‘Event Website field’ for example and then a couple of template overrides (or snippets) to show this in the places you need. Regarding your second questions, Events Calendar PRO comes with additional fields that display in the single event meta but not in the other places you mention. Probably a combination of both methods can work here.
Although we do not support custom development for customers, this looks like something we can help our license holders with. If you decide to purchase a premium license I can continue to help you out on this same thread!
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi there Forrest,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Can we export and import all current events scheduled in the current site to the new one?
Sure, check out this article → Using WordPress Export Tools to Migrate Events Content. While this should work well for most cases, we are also developing a new feature for Event Aggregator to sync events from different sites using our plugins. This will be included in the next feature release of the plugin (more on the release schedule here).
Please let me know if this helps,

MemberHi there Izzy,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and for your interest in our plugins 🙂
I guess my question in short is: what calendar properties available in the front-end are importable or can pull from a database?
From what you describe I guess the best method would be to import events via CSV. This article goes over the process of doing so → Importing Data from a CSV File and this other one gives you an overview of the available fields for import → CSV file examples for importing
We also have a service, Event Aggregator that let’s you import events in iCal format if that works better for you. Again, from what you describe probably generating a CSV file is better!
Please let me know if there’s anything else I cna help you with,

MemberHi Ariel,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Unfortunately we are not able to provide support in the pre-sales forum 🙁
We are happy to assist our premium users with support issues via our premium forums, please log into the account that has been created when the purchase was made. If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our open source forum. We review that forum weekly, mainly for bug reports.
Also, we don’t support style customizations. Just to give you a quick tip, the solution here is to add a wrapper div and a CSS rule for it to have a white background. The CSS can target the #tribe-events-pg-template div, although you’ll need to add a couple more tweaks to make it work as needed.
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but please do post in the appropriate forum and we will be happy to assist you.

MemberHey Hope,
Thanks for following up here and sorry for the delay in my reply!
Regarding the transients I believe you can clean those up using this plugin → Transients Manager, give this a try!
Initially, it’s looking like attendee info is not populating correctly (see attached screenshot — there should be about 60 listed). I’m sure this is because attendee data is captured when they actually register for the event.
You mean the existing ticket had existing orders with attendee information? Attendee data is stored per ticket so not sure what you mean here. Can you please clarify a bit?
Thanks,

MemberThanks for following up Adam and sorry for the delay in my replay…
I’ve checked this on your site and it’s always returning the next 30 upcoming events (tested until May). This limit can be changed using the tribe_ical_feed_posts_per_page filter.
Can you please let me know if you are seeing something different?
Please let me know about it,
Best,
