ParticipantHello Support Team,
I am experiencing an intermittent issue with the Calendar PRO “Export Events” button on my site.
When the fault occurs, it appears to export the incorrect months (and even year in some cases) data.
When I noticed this I was using The Events Calendar Version 4.3.5 and The Events Calendar PRO 4.3.4.
Both of which I upgraded today to the latest versions and am still experiencing the issue.
Any ideas or are you able to replicate. I’ve included a copy of all the system info and site url for you to check.Best regards,

MemberHi there Adam,
Thanks for reaching out to us! As for version 4.4.x of the plugin all iCal exports have an extended time frame. This is an intentional change and not a bug actually. So the expected behaviour now is to have a year of events in the event views feeds.
Please let me know if this helps,
Best,

ParticipantHi Nico,
Thanks for the info regarding the extended time frame. However, this is not what I am experiencing. Please try the export events button several times on different months on my sites calendar. Sometimes you get just that month in the ical file and other times you only get data from far in the future such as 2020!
Best regards,

MemberThanks for following up Adam and sorry for the delay in my replay…
I’ve checked this on your site and it’s always returning the next 30 upcoming events (tested until May). This limit can be changed using the tribe_ical_feed_posts_per_page filter.
Can you please let me know if you are seeing something different?
Please let me know about it,
Best,

MemberThanks so much for sending over the screenshare of the issue. This indeed helps understanding what’s going on! It’s actually a known bug that has been reported some days ago. We are releasing a maintenance release probably tomorrow but it won’t include a fix for this, due to time constrains. It will probably make it to the next maintenance release (take a look at our release schedule).
In any case I’ve linked this thread to our internal bug report, so you will get a heads-up here when this is fixed. I’ll set the thread status to ‘Pending Fix’ so it won’t get auto-closed.
Thanks for the patience and sorry for the hassle until fixed,

ParticipantHello!
I wanted to post a quick note here that we have published a new Maintenance Release today that should address some of the problems reported in this thread with the plugins’ Month View ics exports.
You can read about the details of this release here → https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-events-calendar-4-4-3-event-tickets-4-4-3-premium-add-ons/
I hope this update helps!
Cheers,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
