MemberHi there Ian,
Thanks for getting in touch 🙂
We have a Non Profits partnership program, please check it out and if you think the organizations fit in be sure to apply!
If the charities are not eligible for our program maybe the best you can do is ask for a refund on the PRO renewal and just go ahead an upgrade to Business. Does that make sense?
Please let me know about it,
Have a great weekend,

MemberHowdy Weatherly,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us! I’ll help you getting this right!
First of all let me say I’m not seeing PRO activated in the system info you share with me. Maybe you disabled after seeing it was not working as expected?
Anyway, Can you please send me a screenshot of how you are setting the recurrence for that event? I would like to see if everything looks correct there, and if so try to reproduce the issue on my end.
Thanks,
Have a great weekend,

MemberHi there Fero,
Thanks for reaching out, and also thanks for digging up the forums before posting 🙂
Sorry for the troubles this might create in your business! Indeed those threads are a bit old, I wonder which version of the plugins you are using. It would be great if you could share your system information with me so I can check if everything looks right on that end.
Please let me know about it,
Have a great weekend,

MemberHey Braddy,
Thanks for reaching out! I’ll help you with this issue 🙂
The code you are using is for RSVP ‘tickets’, but from what I see on your site you are using WooCommerce with Event Tickets Plus. Hopefully we also have a knowledge base article for that too: Moving the Tickets Plus form.
Please give that a try and let me know,

MemberHey Jessie,
Thanks for sending that over! I could reproduce with an event created locally so I don’t think this is related to the fact that event has been imported from EventBrite.
I see the title get’s passed by the WordPress function esc_js, maybe that’s generating the encoding glitch. Is this showing up incorrectly on Google? If so can you send me a screenshoot? It will be helpful if a bug ticket comes up from this.
Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberHey @jskk123,
Thanks for following up!
I just wish weekly view noted “private” in the title.
I’ll log this issue in the product backlog, as you state it should be consistent with how private events are shown across the plugin. In the meantime if you are up to it, you can make a template override (process details can be found in our themer’s guide) to add that to the event title in case it’s a private one.
We are still looking into the week cut off issue, I’m still not able to reproduce 🙁 I’ll keep you posted on that. Not sure if it’ related to the server timezone (which per your system information is UTC).
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHey Eric,
Thanks for jumping in! I think that the issue you describe is not related to the reported here by Justin, which unfortunately is still not addressed. Please create a new thread on this and we will be happy to assist you.
On that note Justin, I see the fix for this is targeted for next release (4.1) first maintenance release (4.1.1), not sure it will get included but most probably it will.
Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberHey Margaret,
Thanks for following up on this!
Responsive Images are now part of WordPress Core, be sure to read the linked article for more info on this. Image sizes can be defined in your theme, and the size of it depends on your site design. Helping you with responsive images in WordPress would be a bit our of the support scope we provide over these forums.
Once you define what size is the correct for your site, you can go ahead an modify that in the template override you’ve created in your theme. Does that makes sense?
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHey Kevin,
Yes, please remove the snippet and re-test! Maybe that’s why the users logged in via front-end are getting bounced out of that page.
Also I’ve removed the credentials you posted as we are not allowed to log in into client site to make changes!
Please let me know if the login works without the redirect,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHey Colin,
Thanks for following up with this
I’m sure this data is there, I’m hoping you can tell me how I can get it out..
Sorry if I misinterpreted your request, I thought you were looking to export the data.
So, if you are not then the attendee information can be changed from the order in the e-commerce platform. For example if you are using WooCommerce you can go to the order (linked in the attendees report) and once in there change the values. I’m not sure how you can add extra values to the Woo order.
We are developing a feature called Attendees Meta, that will allow you to define extra fields for the user to complete on ticket purchase. I guess that would be helpful for your case. It’s going to be included in release 4.1 coming out early next month.
Please let me know if this info helps to clarify what’s possible at the time,

MemberHey Ren,
Super stocked to hear we could finally nail this, it was getting a bit tricky! Sorry you’ve been affected by our mistake with the ZIP packaging…
To fix previous created/imported events, Does re-saving them works? If so, maybe you can try doing a bulk edit of events. If that works you can combine it with a higher items per page value to make things easier!
Please let me know if that works,

NicoNico

MemberHey Didar,
Thanks for clarifying on this! I’m able to see this too, but that’s the default behaviour of multiple combobox elements (<select multiple>) in mobile phones. That’s why you couldn’t find any trace of this in the plugin’s code.
One easy way of changing this is to switch the ‘Venues’ filter to display in checkboxes instead of a dropdown. You can do so at ‘Wp-Admin > Events > Settings > Filter’.
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberThanks for your feedback on this!
We have a feature request for this in The Events Calendar user voice page: Create a Visual Composer Extension. Yu are welcome to jump in to add your vote and comment about what you expect from this.
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please don’t hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to assist you.
