I’m using THE EVENT TRIBE PRO since an year with VISUAL COMPOSER.
I had placed visual composer grid builder in the homepage, so posts are ordered in a very clever layout. EVENT START DATE field wasn’t included in the layout, so I solved by adding “_EventStartDate” as CUSTOM FIELD in VISUAL COMPOSER GRID BUILDER (I know _EventStartDate it’s a “internal” code, the date is raw format).
Now, I’d like to format the date. Do you know a way to integrate DATE and CATEGORIES and other fields with visual composer grid layouts?

    Hey Raffaele,

Thanks for reaching out to us! You did a great job setting that up!

I’m not sure I’m able to help you on this as your questions seem to be more related to Visual Composer plugin that to our own. I guess it might be a good idea to reach out to their support team. Do es this makes sense or am I missing something?

    Best,
    Nico

Thanks for the quick reply. I’ll try to ask V.C. support staff, then.

Visual composer is becoming very popular. I suggest you to contact the Team and develop a easy way to integrate with. It’ll be a very successful feature, and more ppl will choose both plugins.

Thanks for your feedback on this!

We have a feature request for this in The Events Calendar user voice page: Create a Visual Composer Extension. Yu are welcome to jump in to add your vote and comment about what you expect from this.

I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please don’t hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to assist you.

    Best,
    Nico
