Renewal and Upgrade Query

We have just renewed for Events Calendar Pro and the upgraded Event Ticket Plus from Woocommerce Tickets.

We now have a need for an additional licence for both for new project.

Both the end users are registered charities.

What are our current options for to upgrade to Business Pro (for the 3 site licence option bearing mind 2 of the current uses will be for charities and the third will be held in reserve for future use.)

We have a Non Profits partnership program, please check it out and if you think the organizations fit in be sure to apply!

If the charities are not eligible for our program maybe the best you can do is ask for a refund on the PRO renewal and just go ahead an upgrade to Business. Does that make sense?
