    Hello, in trying to purchase Events ticket plus, I purchased woo commerce tickets. Could i get a refund for Woo Commerce tickets please?

    Howdy Fernando,

    Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us!

    WooTickets license holders are granted a free Event Tickets Plus license (with same expiration date). This sometimes take a few hours to process, but I’ve just checked your account and I see you indeed have a valid license for both plugins. As this is the case I guess there’s no need for the refund.

    Please re-check this in your licenses keys page and let me know,

    That’s great but I did not know that and I already went ahead and purchased Events Tickets Pro. So I need a refund on that, right?
