I came across the same problem as found on the older threads
1.
Canceled orders are accounted for in the overall stock are increasing amount of stock.
Lets say I have set stock to 10. I receive and order of 1 which is then cancelled, I will be left with stock sold 1 of 11.

Canceled orders are still displayed in the sales report and attendee list. Is there a way to delete automatically canceled orders and have in the sales and attendee report only the active and paid tickets?Previous discussion:
I sell tickets for bus rides to concerts so I have to have the exact number of attendees. I absolutely cannot afford to have people turning up and not fitting to the bus.
Both issue are making me worried a lot cause managing lets say 50 orders with of up too 100 attendees can get confusing and making space for error.
Has there been any progress on these two since the threads are quite old.

Sorry for the troubles this might create in your business! Indeed those threads are a bit old, I wonder which version of the plugins you are using. It would be great if you could share your system information with me so I can check if everything looks right on that end.

Thanks for following up with your system information! Sorry for the delay in my reply, most of the team (me included) was out last week and part of this as well.
Everything seems to be fine with the system information, but as Brook stated (in the thread you linked) there are a couple of bug fixes that will be included in the next release that address issues with stock levels and order cancellation. New version 4.1 will (most probably) be out next week, Can you wait for it to be out and re-test with these changes?

Hopefuly get are getting this right in 4.1! I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if after the release you find this still an issue please create a new ticket linking back to this one so we can take the steps for this to be solved as soon as possible.
