ParticipantI tested by setting it to once a week. Instead of showing up once a week it shows up every single day.
This was a new event, not an import.I tried switching to the default themes and turning off all other plugins. The purpose of the upgrade was specifically for this feature, how do we fix this?

Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us! I’ll help you getting this right!
First of all let me say I’m not seeing PRO activated in the system info you share with me. Maybe you disabled after seeing it was not working as expected?
Anyway, Can you please send me a screenshot of how you are setting the recurrence for that event? I would like to see if everything looks correct there, and if so try to reproduce the issue on my end.

Regarding the recurrent event, I guess the glitch is generated by the settings: https://cloudup.com/coOAWYbV4ts. Event End Date, should be set to 2019-02-09 to match the start date. That way the event will run for one day, and then the weekly recurrence should work as expected!
Regarding the license you should see a “Licenses” tab in WP-Admin > Events > Settings, in there you’ll be able to input the license key. If you don’t input the license key you won’t be prompted for updates, but the plugins will work just the same.
I’m not sure about the errors you share with me, seems to be cache/varnish related, might be a good idea to ask folks at the server support on this.
