    Hi Rob,

    Thanks for reaching out to us on this! I’ll help you here…

    Can you please send over the URL where I can see this? I’m not sure about the ‘my main content section map’ you are referring here. In case the site is not online or publicly visible yet, you can send over some screenshots.

    Please let me know about it so I can take a look,

    Saludos,
    Nico

    PS: me tome la libertad de responderte en español pero si prefieres volvemos al ingles 🙂

    Hi Patricia,

    Thanks for reaching out to us on this! Let’s see what’s happening here…

    First of all, Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins. Also please let me know which language you are using in your site.

    The “view as” string should be present in the translation files for The Events Calendar and not in the ones for Events Calendar PRO, as it’s a string from the core plugin. Pleas note that PRO works as an add-on to the core plugin, so there’s no need to include all strings again.

    Please let me know about it,
    Best,
    Nico

    Hey Dirk,

    Thanks! Feeling a bit better 🙂

    Regarding the the issue, I did some pretty intensive testing and these are my findings:

    • Cancelled orders tickets are not re-stocked. This is true for events with or without global stock.
    • Cancelled order for regular Woo products don’t re-stock the product. So I assume we are following Woo practice here.
    • Refunded items (that are marked to be restocked → https://cloudup.com/cSHE7viIW9f). Again this is true for both types of stock.
    • Discrepancies in totals: I see different values for those as you do, but one of the values is labeled ‘Total Sold’ (in attendees pages – includes cancelled) and the other ‘Tickets Sold’ (in orders page – doesn’t include cancalled items). regarding individual tickets quantities, I see the issue in your screenshot but couldn’t reproduce it. Maybe this is because I’m manually cancelling the orders? Are any of the orders showing up as ‘failed’ or order status than complete or cancelled?

    Please let me know you thoughts about the above,
    Best,
    Nico

    Hey Danny,

    Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about this issue 🙁

    The screenshot didn’t came through but I could see this in your site. Also, I could reproduce this on my local install and verify it’s a legit bug, which I logged in our system.

    This CSS snippet should make it right, you can add to your theme stylesheet or via Simple Custom CSS plugin:

    .tribe-events-list-event-description.tribe-events-content {
    width: 100%!important;
    }

    Please let me know if it works for you,

    Hi Janet,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this issue 🙁

    I see that Josh replied to the previous thread you posted. Can you please review his latest answer and continue to work with him in that thread? I’ll ping Josh and offer my help as well to deal with the issue which seems to be a pretty tricky one. Regarding the clean-up script, I don’t think it’s still relevant with this version of our plugins.

    I’m closing this one as it’s a duplicate thread!

    Hope we can help you solve this really soon,
    Best,
    Nico

    Hi Robert,

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this issue 🙁

    We are aware some users got this error while updating. If this is not stoping you from updating the plugins then just go and complete the update for the other plugins. On the other hand if this is blocking the automatic update, please go ahead and perform a manual update of our products.

    Sorry for the hassle while updating, please do let me know if the above helps,
    Best,

    Howdy Jennifer,

    Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us.

    Hopefully we have a knowledgebase article covering this: Changing the browser title for calendar views. I cannot access the URL you shared with me but I’m mostly sure this is what you are looking for.

    Please give it a try and let me know if it works for you,

    Hi there Marcel,

    Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about this issue!

    Hopefully it’s just a temporary thing that happens form time to time – usually re-trying in a couple of minutes solves this. Can you please re-check now?

    Please let me know if it works now, but in case it doesn’t it would be great if you could share your system information with me so I can check if everything looks right on that end.

    Hey Yuri,

    Can you please open up a new thread for the new issue you uncovered? We try to keep just one issue per thread although I made an exception here to help you out.

    Regarding the datepicker position one of our devs could finally discover the issue and prepared a little JavaScript snippet for this. If you theme has a JavaScript file you can add this code at the bottom:

    jQuery( function() {
    jQuery( '#tribe-bar-date' ).bootstrapDatepicker( 'remove' );
    tribe_ev.data.datepicker_opts.orientation = 'top';
    jQuery( '#tribe-bar-date' ).bootstrapDatepicker( tribe_ev.data.datepicker_opts );
    } );

    or store the code in a new file bootstrap-datepicker-workaround.js in the theme root folder and include it using the following code in functions.php file:

    wp_enqueue_script( 'bootstrap-datepicker-workaround', get_stylesheet_directory_uri() . '/bootstrap-datepicker-workaround.js', array( 'tribe-events-bar' ), 1, true );

    Give a try and let me know about it,
    Thanks,
    Nico

    Thanks for following up @sbsiceland!

    Can you please try these possible solutions by Cliff → https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/show-order-of-multiple-events-on-the-same-day/#dl_post-1087483 ?

    Give that a try and let me know if it works for you,
