    Hi,

I just updated our Events Calendar Pro version on our WordPress website because it said there was an update and received the following fatal error upon doing so.

Fatal error: Class ‘Tribe__Events__PUE__Plugin_Info’ not found in /home/shoprva/public_html/calendar/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/PUE/Checker.phpon line 562

Please help us fix this so that our site does not crash or cause our customers issues.

    Thank you,
    Robert

    Hi Robert,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this issue 🙁

We are aware some users got this error while updating. If this is not stoping you from updating the plugins then just go and complete the update for the other plugins. On the other hand if this is blocking the automatic update, please go ahead and perform a manual update of our products.

Sorry for the hassle while updating, please do let me know if the above helps,
    Best,
    Nico

    Hi Nico,

The plugins did update. It was only after the updates completed did the fatal error show up. So am I to assume then that it’s nothing to worry about or are you going to provide a fix for this fatal error?

    Thanks for the follow-up Robert!

I guess there’s nothing to worry about it sounds like a glitch caused by a class that was renamed. If this errors shows up again the way to go would be to re-install the plugins manually, but if it doesn’t show up then you should be safe about it!

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you,
    Best,
    Nico
