MemberHey Gurdeep,
Thanks for following up and sorry for my delay here…
Most questions refer to Community Events , but for some items you’ll need other plugins. In those cases I’ll make a specific mention, if no plugin is mentioned it means you can do it with Community Events.
1. Can organiser register without going to wp admin
I guess that by organizers you mean the people that submit events, yes they can register without having access to wp-admin.
2. is there a option to register as a event organiser or just buyer of a ticket. so i can make to link buttons.
Not sure about this question. You do have an option to ask ticket buyers to register to purchase tickets.
3. Can event organiser submit edit their event without going to wp-admin
Yes, folks submitting events can do so from the front-end of the site. They can also edit them.
4. Can i add more variables from backend to forms
If you are using Events Calendar PRO you have the option to create additional fields that will be shown in the ‘submit events form’ but this doesn’t work as a form editor.
5. Is the site translation ready, I will have it in Norwegian and English both.
Yes, our plugins are translation ready. But if you plan to have a multilingual site then you’ll need to use WPML plugins as well. Unfortunately these plugins are not 100% compatible with Community Events.
6. Can people can create account to buy tickets without going to backend.
Yes, they can register via front-end.
7. Are there Shortcodes which i can use on different page.
Yes, Events Calendar PRO provides two types of shortcodes: Full view shortcodes and Widget shortcodes.
8. Can event organiser add venue or and topics
Yes, you can given them the ability to add venues. Not sure what you mean by topics. Event Categories?
9. Can organiser see their events sales report and attendees in the Frontend and print it.
Correct, for this you’ll need Community Tickets (which requires a special setup).
10. Does the organiser have to list the event in one go, without my permission.
There’s a setting for this. You can configure it so that the event has to be reviewed before going into the live site.
11. Can the organiser have a profile page.
Let’s make a distinction here. ‘Event Organizers’ is a ‘field’ for events, like venues. User submitting events are not called ‘Event Organizers’, I guess you are referring to the later here. Users submitting events, will be standard WordPress users. So it really depends on how you display user profiles in your site.
12. Can i list all the organiser on a searchable page, like a directory.
As the above, it depends on how you display users in the site. By default our plugins do not generate this type of view.
13. Can i create a invoice or report for the event organiser.
Can you clarify a bit about this one? What kind of invoice or report?
14. can i have custom labels, other then woo-commerce labels.
Also in doubt here. What you mean by labels?
Is Community Manager Bundle enough to do this!!!
I guess not, Community Manager Bundle doesn’t include Community Tickets. As stated above the specific plugins for each feature are mentioned in the answers. Please note that Community Tickets requires: Community Events (paid) + Event Tickets (free) + Event Tickets Plus (paid) + WooCommerce (free). Be sure to check the video demos in the products pages!
One last note: while we don’t have a trial period, you can go ahead and purchase the products for testing. If you decide they are not what you are looking for, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For more information take a look at our refund policy.
Hope I helped to clarify how things work,
Best,
NicoNico

MemberHi,
Thanks for the patience here! A new maintenance release + 2 hotfixes for Events Aggregator were released last week. More information in the release notes and hotfix notes.
We have been doing extensive tests on the scheduled imports issue, but we cannot reproduce the issue unfortunately which makes it difficult to work on a fix for it. Using the database dump of one of our customer we could pint-point a side issue which fix can help with the issue (this patch was released in the hotfix). If you are still still experiencing difficulties with Scheduled Imports, the next step would be to have a database dump of the site with the issues so we can inspect it and try to find the culprit (be sure to mark the reply as private if you send the dump).
To re-test this on your site, follow these steps:
– Update The Events Calendar to the latest version 4.5.12.2.
– Delete one of the scheduled imports.
– Re-create the scheduled import and monitor the results in the History tab.Truly hope this helps, but if not we will firmly continue to help π
