MemberThanks for clarifying a bit as to what you’re trying to do here! By default, we don’t support recurring events being grouped under a single unifying title. We’ve had some customers achieve this functionality by creating a single event that spans multiple days and adding the daily hours to the event description. If you’d like to display the detailed hourly breakdown for each day on the event list view, just as you’ve indicated above, you could even add a custom field on the backend and display it using a template customization! You can read more about template customizations and how they work on our Themer’s Guide.
At the moment, recurring events are not supported by our CSV import tool. You might consider looking into iCal Importer, however, depending on your import requirements–it adds a great deal of functionality on top of our more basic solutions.
I hope that helps! Let me know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi there!
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble here! Would you mind heading over to our support forum on WordPress.org and submitting a new thread there with your issue? We’re not equipped to take on technical support issues here in pre-sales, but we’d be happy to assist over on WP.org just as soon as possible!
Thank you!

MemberHi there!
Thanks for stopping by and checking out our plugins! Great question–you can absolutely use Eventbrite Tickets with just our free version of The Events Calendar if you don’t require any of the additional features in PRO. If you should choose to upgrade to PRO at a later date, your events and settings will all remain 100% intact post-installation. Feel free to use whichever version makes the most sense for your current project needs! 🙂
I hope that helps! Let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi there! Thanks for getting in touch!
It sounds like the types of events you’re hosting may be more easily managed by our recurring event functionality in Events Calendar PRO! You can specify a particular interval for a recurring event (i.e. daily, weekly, etc.), or you can designate a handful of specific dates–this will let you create a batch of linked events quickly while allowing you to edit them individually or as a group afterwards. You can read more about recurring events and how they work here.
Does that help to answer your question? Let me know! 🙂

MemberHi there!
Great question! For a setup like this, a bit of styling with CSS or jQuery would likely be sufficient to achieve the “no checkbox” look you’re describing. Our Themer’s Guide is a great starting point for looking into all types of customization relating to our products–I encourage you to give it a review and bookmark it for future reference!
I hope that helps! Thanks for stopping by, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi there!
Thanks for getting in touch–good question! If your project requires support for user-submitted events, this is handled separately through our Community Events plugin, which works alongside The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO. I’d be happy to answer any specific questions you might have about which plugins may be best for your setup!
You might consider taking a look at our Community Manager Bundle if you’re anticipating needing a number of community-related plugins, as it includes licensing for Community Events, Community Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, and Filter Bar, all at a discounted price compared to purchasing each license individually.
I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi there! 🙂
Thanks for your interest in our plugins! As it turns out, our Filter Bar plugin does offer some great options for location-based filtering that work great with both versions of The Events Calendar. I’d be happy to answer any questions you might have about it, or you’re more than welcome to try it for yourself and see how it might meet your needs! Our premium support team is on hand to assist with any issues you might encounter while setting up, and we’re happy to offer a full 30-day return policy should it end up not being an ideal fit for you.
Feel free to take a look, and let us know if you should have any other questions–we’re happy to help!

MemberHi there!
Thanks for getting in touch! I’m not able to view an image at the attached link, I’m afraid–might you be able to post a direct link to the image instead? (i.e. cloudup.com/aSdF123Gh)
Getting a closer look at your image will definitely help in being able to provide you with an accurate answer! It’s possible that what you’re describing may be possible with one of our event widgets, if you’d like to review those options as well.
Please do follow up if you can with another link to your image, and we’ll go from there! 🙂 Thanks much!

Thanks much! 🙂

MemberHi Adrianne,
Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! I’m afraid that our products are built specifically for use on WordPress-based sites and won’t work on other platforms. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news here… 🙁
Best of luck with your site development, and do let us know if there’s anything else we can help with!

MemberHi again!
Good question! Event Tickets Plus is built to circumvent the individual WooCommerce product pages for each ticket, so tickets can be sold directly from your event pages. You can tweak this functionality a bit if you prefer, but we do default to our own templates for most intents and purposes! You can read a little more about how this works and how to customize your individual setup, if desired, here.
Let me know if that answers your question! Thanks for following up! 🙂
