Filtering without checkboxes

Referring to this site, https://theeventscalendar.com/showcase/milkwood/ , Is there a way to hide the checkboxes? Or does that break the functionality?

Great question! For a setup like this, a bit of styling with CSS or jQuery would likely be sufficient to achieve the “no checkbox” look you’re describing.
