MemberHi AK,
Thanks for getting in touch. Some users have had trouble using WPML and a similar plugin, qtranslate, with The Events Calendar. We’re working on improving compatibility, but currently using them both may require some tinkering.
I recommend that you check out the Pro forums and read over some of the previous threads on the subject. Here are a few to get you started:
If you haven’t already, I also recommend that you try running your site using WPML and our free Events Calendar. The Pro version definitely adds functionality and thus complication, but often checking out the free version with themes and plugins is a good way to predict how things will work with Pro.
I hope that answers your questions. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help you out.
Cheers,
LeahLeah
MemberHey James, I responded in the other thread re: chatting with Timothy.

MemberHey James,
Thanks! We don’t usually do support over the phone, but if you can email us at pro (at) tri.be we can get started on this. Alternately you can contact Timothy via Skype or Twiter @codearachnid. Once you’re in touch with him more directly calling might be a good option.
Thanks,

MemberHi Corey,
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. This sounds suspiciously like a theme conflict to me. I definitely recommend that you try this on the default Twenty Eleven theme and see if the same thing occurs. If so, do let us know- that might mean it’s a bug and we’ll need to look into this further.
If it does end up being a theme conflict, I recommend that you get in touch with the theme developer. They may be able to shed some light on the issue and help find a way to make the theme compatible. We can only provide minimal support on theme conflicts, unfortunately, but do please keep us posted. We strive to make our plugin as versatile and compatible as possible so users can use there preferred theme without trouble.
Cheers,

MemberHi Brandon,
It’s very strange that it would be an options on posts but not events (which are custom post types). It would be great if you could get in touch with Pagelines and see if they can shed some light on the issue. There is a small chance that the theme does not support featured images in custom post types, or is otherwise blocking the function of the plugin. I’d be interested to hear their thoughts on the matter.
Thanks,
LeahLeah
MemberHi Morten,
Would you do me a favor and post this in the Pro Forum at tri.be/support/forums/forum/events/events-calendar-pro/ ? This forum is really for questions that people have before they buy, and the Pro forum is where we handle support questions like yours.
Thanks,

MemberHi Mark,
I’m not sure we have what you’re looking for. For registration and payment we have our Eventbrite plugin, but that’s designed for events with numerous attendees, not single appointments. I’m sorry I couldn’t be of more help. If you have any other questions just let me know.

MemberHi Immanuel,
We recommend that you update to 1.3.3 before moving to 2.x. If you need the code for 1.3.3, shoot me an email at pro (at) tri.be and I’ll help you out. From there, follow the instructions at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-pro-new-user-primer/#migrating and you’ll be set up in no time.
If you need any help, just let us know. If you’ve got a Pro license, please post on the Pro support forum at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/events/events-calendar-pro/
Thanks!

MemberAlso you can do a template override to change the look of the widget. You can read more about that here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/#views

MemberHey Morten,
As I believe I told you over email (unless there are three Mortens!) the page template options depend on the theme you’re using, so you’ll want to experiment to find what works best for your site.

MemberBrandon, are you using the most recent versions of WordPress (3.4.2), The Events Calendar (2.0.9) and The Events Calendar Pro (2.0.9)?

MemberHey Tim,
We generally recommend that you get in touch with the theme developer to see if they can shed some light on the issue(s). We try to go by WordPress best practices and make our plugins as compatible as possible so they’ll work with a number of themes. That being said, if the theme dev takes a look and genuinely thinks the problem is on our end, we’d like to know so we can improve our own products.
Why don’t you try to reach the dev, and let us know how that goes? Hopefully they’ll be able to clear everything up and get that code rendering properly again.
Cheers,
