MemberHey Fred,
Happily, this issue will be fixed in our upcoming 3.0 release. In 3.0, the Eventbrite plugin will use the organizer dropdown (as Pro does now) and that should take care of things. I’m glad you’ve found a workaround to tide you over until then.
Unless you’ve got any follow up questions, I’m going to close out this thread. As always, feel free to start another if you need us.
Cheers,
LeahLeah
MemberArvid- sounds like you’re all sorted then? Just let us know if you need more help, or feel free to start another thread.
Brandon- the screen options can be different for posts and events. Check out my suggestion in the post above yours. It may be that you have the featured image box visible on Add New Post but not on Add New Event.

MemberHi Heinz,
I’m sorry, but that’s beyond what we’re able to provide with support. We’ve got somewhat limited resources so we are generally not able to help out with heavy customizing like that. Sorry we can’t be of more assistance.
Good luck,

MemberHey rrobinlive,
Did you have time to check it out on Twenty Eleven?

MemberHey Austin,
Thanks for starting the thread. We’re closing up support for the weekend as usual and I’d like someone with more experience to take a look at this. I’ll make sure we get back to you with a more substantial response on Monday.
Thanks for your patience,
LeahLeah
MemberHey Robert,
I just responded to your other post about the expiring license. We can help you out- please shoot us an email at pro /a/ tri.be and we can get that taken care of on Monday.
Thanks,
LeahLeah
MemberHi Robert,
Your Pro license key is expired because you purchased it over a year ago, and the license is good for one year. The plugin will still keep working, but you won’t be able to update or get support.
Your other two license keys are valid because you purchased them very recently.
I hope that clears things up. If you’d like to renew your Pro license, please shoot me an email at pro /a/ tri.be and we’ll get you set up.
Thanks,

MemberHow strange! I can see the toggle buttons in the code but for some reason they’re not coming through. I have a sneaking suspicion that this is a theme conflict. Do you have a test environment where you could test this on the default Twenty Eleven theme? That would help us rule that out.
Either way, I’m going to need to have someone with a little more experience take a look at this. Support closes up for the weekend, but I’ll make sure we get back to this on Monday. Thanks for your patience!

MemberHey Rob,
Thanks for the update. We’re heading out for the weekend as usual, but I’ll get someone familiar with Genesis to take a look at this on Monday. Thanks for your patience!

MemberHey Sandro,
I see what you mean. Nice site by the way! Have you tried doing a template override in table.php? That’s my first idea, although I’m afraid I don’t know enough code to be more specific.
We’re closing up support for the weekend as usual, but if you need more help just let us know and I’ll send someone more knowledgeable your way on Monday.
Thanks for your patience!

MemberHi S,
Thanks for getting in touch. Of course, you can always just bulk delete events using the Bulk Actions dropdown in the dashboard, but I realize that with 3200 events (wow!) you might want something a little less manual.
I’m not familiar enough with queries to help you out on this one, but I’ll have one of my fellows take a look on Monday and see if they can assist.
Thanks for your patience!

MemberHey Matt,
Barry wasn’t in today, so I’m not sure if he got an email from you or not. Either way, he’ll back back next week and we’ll continue to work through this. Thanks for your patience!

We don’t do support over the weekend, but we’ll be back in touch with you asap next week to continue working through this.
Thank you for your patience.
