    Hi Kandace,

Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest in WooTickets! I recommend that you check out our demo site WPShindig, which includes a demo of WooTickets.

I didn’t have any other examples sites on hand, but I did a quite search through our WooTickets forums and found a few for you to check out. Please note that these may be under construction or still in development, and may also have customizations beyond the plugin itself.

    Hi Jon,

Thanks for getting in touch. This feature has been requested before, and we agree that it would be really handy. We’re hoping to add it in a future release, but we don’t have a timeline and of course, cannot guarantee its release. I’ve recorded your interest, but you might also want to head on over to our UserVoice forum and add the feature idea. Hopefully others will vote for it, and the increased demand will encourage us to make it happen 🙂

    Cheers,
    Leah

    Hi Josephine,

Our WooTickets plugin works directly with the WooCommerce plugin system to process payments. I did a quick search in the WooCommerce documents, and it appears that there are two extra WooCommerce add-ons that would allow you to collect payments via iDeal. One is called Sisow and the other is Wirecard.

When payment is received, the order status will update to reflect that. Any site admin will be able to view those order details. You can set various notification settings via the WooCommerce settings options. The default is for the admin to get an email when an order is placed. You would have to explore the WooCommerce options or ask their support for other options.

Let me know if I can answer anything else, or explain further.

    Cheers,
    Leah

    Hi Jdesign,

Thanks for your interest. I recommend that you and your client check out our cool demo site, WPShindig. You can see Events Calendar PRO and our other add-ons there.

You should also download and experiment with our free core plugin, The Events Calendar. Although it doesn’t have all the functionality of our PRO version, it is a good introduction to the calendar and will help you test the plugin for compatibility with your themes and other plugins.

If you have any questions about the plugins features, etc., please post here and I’ll get them answered for you.

    Cheers,

Also, I highly recommend that you check out the screenshots on the Eventbrite Tickets product page, and peruse our New User Primer. You can also explore our Eventbrite Tickets forum.

Those sources will help you figure out if this is the right plugin for you. If you don’t find the answers to your questions, please ask here and we’d be happy to help.

    Hey folks,

My apologies, I forgot that we had a little issue with this feature in the most recent releases. There should be a box that pops up whenever you edit a recurring event which asks if you’d like to edit all event in the series or to break out that particular event. We have it completely fixed in the upcoming version 3.0, but meanwhile we have a patch for you in this thread. That should help you get thinks working properly jaycorz. If you have further issues with that, please post in our PRO forum.

Rod, you’ll also want to implement that patch if you want to get started on your site now. Once we release The Events Calendar 3.0 this won’t be an issue, so if you start with that version you won’t need to worry about this.

    Cheers,

    Hi Owen,

You might want to double check your screen options. Click screen options in the upper right corner of the Create Event page, and make sure Featured Image is checked (http://d.pr/i/pjAQ). If that doesn’t help or you have further questions, please post in our PRO forum or Facebook Events forum.

    Thanks,

    Hi p36p,

Your English is excellent, no apology needed 🙂

We do not currently have a plugin that has the sort of booking functionality that you describe. Our upcoming version 3.0 will include a location search feature. I’m sorry I couldn’t be of more help.

    Good luck with your project!

    Hi Dave,

Thanks for your interest. You could potentially achieve something similar by using Corporate, Store, and Company Wide categories for events, and then calling calendars showing only specific categories. I recommend that you download our free core plugin and experiment. It has all the same category functionality of the PRO version, so you would be able to test if it would work for your project.

    Hi Rod,

Thanks for your interest. To be part of a recurring event series, the event data, including venue, must match. Although you can go in and change an event in the series, changing it will essentially break it out of the recurring series. It may work for you to create a year-long recurring event and then go in and manually change each venue. Just understand that once you do that, the meetings won’t show up as recurring events. Does that make sense, and answer the question?

    Cheers,
    Leah
