    Hi Nancy,

The end time for the event displays by default in most of the Event Calendar views. It’s built in that way, although it may be possible to customize the display using a template override.

One thing to keep in mind about using our plugins for your events is that at this time, our recurring event feature does not integrate 100% with WooTickets. For example, if you were to create a recurring event that occurred at 2pm every M-T-W in a given date range, you would only be able to sell tickets from that first event’s page (ex. the Feb 21 occurrence). That may actually work well for you if you want to sell tickets and register participants for each session, not each individual date.

    Does that answer your questions?

    Cheers,

    Hi Frank,

I’m sorry, I don’t quite understand what you’re asking. Would you mind starting a new topic and explaining further? I’ll get your questions answered as soon as I can. I appreciate you starting a new forum thread as that helps keep things organized for future users.

    Hi Andrea,

As Rob described above, the plugin does remain functional after the license expires. So the PRO plugin features will continue to work. However, you will not be able to update the plugin when new versions come out (like our upcoming 3.0) or use our main support forums.

If you’d like to continue using support and getting updates, you can renew your personal license at a 30% discount by going to My Account –> Licenses. You can also upgrade to a Business or Developer license there, as you asked about previously. Does that answer your question?

    Hi Tina,

Thanks for getting in touch. This forum is for pre-purchase questions only. For support on the free plugin, we ask that you use our open source forum.

You might also try searching for that error in our PRO forum to see if someone else has seen it and resolved the issue.

    Hi Adrian,

At this time, it’s only something we’ve considered due to customer demand. We have yet to begin any sort of serious planning or development. If you’d like, you can head over to our Feature Request Forum and suggest it there for other people to vote on.

    Best,

    Hi Glenn,

Thanks for your interest. Currently there is no built in way to restrict event viewing to select user roles. This is a popular feature request, however, and a number of people have achieved it with some third-party customizing. If you’re interested, you might try searching the forums to see if anyone has posted their solutions. It is possible to use a third-party user roles plugin to restrict creating, editing, and publishing of events to certain user roles.

Our event registration plugins are WooTickets and Eventbrite Tickets. Keep in mind that this functionality is not a part of Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO. However, neither of those two plugins allow users to register for multiple events at one time. Tickets are event-specific and purchased per event. Does that answer your question?

    Hello,

Thanks for your interest in our plugin. Currently, the plugin does not support recurring events within the same day or at different times. Our PRO recurring events feature makes the same event at the same time repeat on different days in a regular pattern. Does that answer your question?

    Hi JD,

We don’t have a user permissions feature built into the plugin. However, if you couple the Events Calendar with a user role plugin, you’ll have access to Events Calendar-related capabilities. We’ve got a full list of the capabilities here. Users without publish capabilities would need to have events approved and published by an admin or other high-powered user level. Does that answer your question?

    Hi Adam,

That feature is not currently built into the Events Calendar PRO. It may be possible to achieve that with some custom development, but I’m afraid that’s beyond the scope of our support to help with. You might try searching our PRO forum to see if anyone has achieved something similar.

    Good luck!

    Hi there,

Are you asking about how you can purchase the plugin itself or how calendar users can make payments? We accept credit cards via Stripe but do not have FirstData. Does that answer your question?

    Hi Josee,

Thanks for getting in touch. It shouldn’t be a problem to use one license for your site. If it’s all within the same WP install, you’ll just need to input the license key once under Events/Settings and then you’ll be set with updates and support access. Check out this mini primer on how our license keys work for more info.

    Hi Eddie,

Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest in our plugin. Currently, there are no built in ways to filter events. There are some people who have achieved this with some customizing. The good news is that we are currently working hard on our 3.0 release, which will include compatibility with a new Filters plugin to do just what you need- and more! I recommend that you keep an eye on our website and social media and/or join our newsletter, to keep up on the latest release news.
