MemberHi Marco,
I apologize for the delayed response. We’re swamped with support requests right now, so we’re a bit behind our usual 24 hour guarantee. Someone will be looking at this post shortly to get you a more substantial response. I appreciate your patience.

MemberHi statestreetbaptist,
Thanks for posting on the forums.
1. There isn’t really a way to tell what user deletes events. There might be a third party plugin that could track that sort of thing, but I’m not familiar with any. If there are users you want to stop from deleting events, you could look into using User Roles to restrict their options in the admin.
2. There is not a built in way to print the calendar. One option is to set up a print stylesheet, as explained here. You can also export your calendar to iCal or Google Calendar, if you can print from there. You can also vote for us to add a print feature on our UserVoice page.
3. Hmmm, what exactly do you mean by link to? You can certainly add a literal link via in the event description, just like in a regular post. You could also make a custom field for the Google Calendar url. If you want to export an event to Google Calendar, you can do that from the individual event pages.
I hope the above answers your questions. Let me know if I can be of any further help.

MemberHi guys,
Sorry about the delay in response here. We definitely hope to get The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO working nicely with Thesis, but you’re right that we cannot prioritize it right now since we have so much support need for general 3.0 update issues. I apologize for the inconvenience this creates.
If either of you recently purchased or renewed Events Calendar PRO and are interested in a refund, please email us at pro (at) tri.be. My apologies again.

MemberHi flipp,
Thanks for your note. We do monitor the .org forum, particularly for bugs or conflicts such as this. Jonah from our support team is responding to this thread in particular. We are working on fixing the problem (which also causes some issues without ACF) and it should be included in the next maintenance release. Thanks for your patience while we get that corrected.

MemberHi there folks,
Thanks for the note. I have not been able to recreate this problem. Could you post an example and/or screenshots? That would help me troubleshoot further. Also, please confirm that you are running the most current versions of the plugins, The Events Calendar 3.0.1 and Events Calendar PRO 3.0.3.
Also, viracreatv, does your +1 mean that you’re seeing the same thing?
Thanks,
LeahLeah
MemberHey Ian,
Thanks for your post. I’m sorry we haven’t been in touch sooner. I’m responding to the other thread on this topic.
You can downgrade to the 2.0.11 build. The instructions are here and as noted there, you can get PRO 2.0.11 by emailing us at pro (at) tri.be.

MemberHey Jen,
Thanks for the note. Because Events 3.0 has so many changes in code and style, it may be that your calendar needs some customization to show properly with your theme. We’ve had two other people report white text and we’ve got a couple different solutions that you might try. You can find those threads here and here. Please try those ideas and let me know if either of those works. If not, we’ll do our best to find out why and figure out a solution for you.
Can you give me little bit more information about the widgets? Also, are the widgets functioning properly, but just looking funny? Or are they also not working right?
Best,
LeahLeah
MemberHi Jaki,
Sorry for the delayed response here. It looks like this is a known issue with Jetpack and The Events Calendar 2.0.11, as noted in this earlier thread. I do not believe we were able to address the issue in the Events 3.0 release, although it’s possible that it was fixed accidentally via some of the other changes. You might try updating and see, although I can’t guarantee it. I’m sorry I can’t be of more help here.

MemberHi csamaras,
Thanks for getting in touch, and I apologize for the delay. I also really appreciate that you checked for a plugin conflict before posting here. Can you tell me a little bit more about what’s going on, and maybe include a link to some screenshots or examples? I’m not sure I completely understand what you mean by regular blog posts getting pulled into the calendar. Are they showing in list view? Or somehow under /events?
To get the troubleshooting started, I’ll also ask you to confirm that you are using The Events Calendar 3.0.1 and Events Calendar PRO 3.0.3. Did you have any customizations in your site prior to updating? And finally, can you double check under Events –> Settings to see if the “Include events in main blog loop” setting is checked? Wether it was already unchecked or not, please make sure it is not and press Save.
Once I have some more information, we’ll go from there.
Thanks,
LeahLeah
MemberHi Daniella,
Thanks for getting in touch. Since “View All Events” is by definition all the upcoming events on the calendar, I don’t think you could really like it to day view. However, you can force it to link to List View.
Since you don’t like how your month view looks, you can disable it altogether under Events –> Settings. If the month view is disabled, the View All Events link in the widget will take the user to List View.
Hopefully the above will solve the immediate problem. However, you might also want to look into integrating your theme with The Events Calendar so that the Month View looks better. We might be able to help you out a little with that, although we are extremely busy in the forums right now so customizing support is a little more limited. But definitely keep it in mind as an option if you’d like to have the Month View.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help.

MemberHi davecfraser,
Thanks for getting in touch. We’re pretty swamped in the support forums right now after the release of Events 3.0, so response time may be a little longer than our usual 24 hours, but we will do our best to help out.
You’re correct that you should be entering the true date and time for the event, for example Fri. the 12th @ 8pm to 1am on Sat. the 13th. I tested this and was able to reproduce the same issue. I’ll make a ticket for our developers and hopefully we can get this fixed in an upcoming maintenance release. I apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime.
Thanks for your patience,

MemberHi cjvezeau,
Thanks for the through bug report! Happily, this is a known bug and one that we’re working to fix. It should be repaired in an upcoming maintenance release. Thanks again for the report, and for your patience while we get a fix in place.

MemberHi psasser,
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. It looks like you are running Events Calendar PRO 2.0.11, which is an outdated versions. The recurring events are improved in version 3.0. I recommend that you update, although please note that it’s a BIG update so if your site has custom CSS or other customizations you may need to work to get them compatible in 3.0 too. However, that’s the best first step to take to help with the recurring events.
Best,
LeahLeah
MemberHey accessrose,
Now I see what you mean. It looks like you posted the same thing in this thread. I’m going to close this thread for now. I need to double check, but I believe the error is a known bug that we are in the process of fixing. I’ll confirm that and post in the other thread, ok?
