Event display issue

$all_events = tribe_get_events(array(‘eventDisplay’=>’all’, ‘posts_per_page’=>3));

$all_events not showing latest ones. now i have one upcoming events so i need to show one upcoming and 2 latest past events , its does not show like this.
order by ,order is not working.
please can you help me
