It’s important that our forums stay organized so that we can provide the best possible support. The problems you’re having look to be complex and will take a fair bit of problem solving, which is why I asked you to start a fresh thread where we could focus on you. It also allows our WooTickets expert to better track and respond to your posts.
I’m not a WooTickets expert myself, but what I can tell you is that since the plugin was not designed to be used or embedded on a non-events page, it may take some serious customizing to get what you’re looking for- if it’s possible at all. However, Barry will be able to give you a better idea of the potential there, and hopefully point you in the right direction for starting customizations.
We don’t generally provide refunds in situations like this, but if you feel strongly that WooTickets will not work for you, please send an email referencing this thread to pro (at) tri.be.

Thanks for the update. So PRO 3.0.3 isn’t showing up on your page at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ ? Or do you mean no update showing in the WordPress install? Either way, that’s a problem.
I can’t see the link that you posted since it would require your login, but I’m wondering if you are getting directed to our dev site (dev.tri.be…) from the blue button instead of the correct tri.be site. If you see dev or pro at the beginning of the url there, you could try taking it out and see if that works.
Meanwhile, I want you to get the plugin you paid for! Please email me at pro /at/ tri.be referencing this thread and I will send you .zip files of the plugins to use. You can also respond to the above via email. Thanks for your patience while we troubleshoot these issues.

It might be- were you thinking of using another plugin? Or something else? If you’re using HTML, you could try putting it in the HTML Before Calendar field, which you’ll find under Events –> Settings –> Display. If you’re using a third party plugin, you’ll probably need to experiment to see what will work.

For the other issue, I’m honestly not sure- I don’t believe that’s a setting, but it may be a theme issue or something else that changed with 3.0. Would you mind starting a fresh thread with the details so we can look into this further?

Thanks for the note. The reason you are getting the message about the license key is because the license key is still registered on that other url. You can see what site the key is registered to and un-register it from https://tri.be/my-account/license-keys/. You can also read about moving a key here.
Once you have that inputted in the Events –> Settings License Key Tab, you should be able to do a smooth automatic update. However, you can also delete the PRO 2.0.11 and install 3.0- it should transfer nicely without data loose, but we always recommend backing up your site before doing something like that. Let me know if you have any further issue with the license key and I’ll be happy to help out.

Thanks for getting in touch. Generally when you get the “key is out of installs” message it’s because the license key is already registered on another site. You can see what site the key is registered to and un-register it from https://tri.be/my-account/license-keys/. You can also read about moving a key here.
I believe that once you have the license key registered on your site, you’ll have the update links. Let me know if you have any trouble with that.

Meanwhile, I’m afraid you’ll have to make links the slower way, by just inputting the url. I apologize for the inconvenience and I appreciate your patience while we get it fixed.
