I click on this: “Tickets: WooCommerce new user primer” to get more information on the product and am asked for login info. What’s the deal with this? I would like to find out ASAP so I can decide if this will work for my client. Thanks.

    Hey JR,

I’m sorry the site is giving you trouble. Try heading straight to https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/wootickets-new-user-primer/ – hopefully that’ll get you the info you need. If you have any questions, feel free to post here.

Thanks. I bought the product but have lots of problems. Nothing looks like it does in your video tutorials and I can’t get the tickets to embed correctly on a non-events page. There is a white box where a photo should be and there is no option to add anything more than a single ticket. To be quite honest the documentation sucks. I wish I was a code geek but I’m not. What I am is a guy who has spent 5 hours sitting at a computer trying to figure this out and at 1:18 AM I’m finally leaving my office and e-mailing the client to tell them your product isn’t as easy as indicated. Can I please get some help so I don’t like like a tool?

    Hi ginamwgallery,

I’m so sorry to hear that using our plugin has been so frustrating. We’d be happy to help you out, but would you mind posting in the WooTickets forum? That’s were we do our plugin support, while this forum is for pre-sales questions. If you post there we’ll get you some answers as soon as possible.

    Leah,

I suppose it’s too difficult for you to simply answer the questions of paying customers? If I do re-ask the question over in another forum what are the chances that it will get answered and the problem fixed in a timely manner? And what are the chances that I will be asked to do something in yet a different location? So far it seems that there isn’t a lot of actual problem solving going on here. I will cross my fingers that things change.

    Hi ginamwgallery,

It’s important that our forums stay organized so that we can provide the best possible support. The problems you’re having look to be complex and will take a fair bit of problem solving, which is why I asked you to start a fresh thread where we could focus on you. It also allows our WooTickets expert to better track and respond to your posts.

I’m not a WooTickets expert myself, but what I can tell you is that since the plugin was not designed to be used or embedded on a non-events page, it may take some serious customizing to get what you’re looking for- if it’s possible at all. However, Barry will be able to give you a better idea of the potential there, and hopefully point you in the right direction for starting customizations.

We don’t generally provide refunds in situations like this, but if you feel strongly that WooTickets will not work for you, please send an email referencing this thread to pro (at) tri.be.

    Best,
    Leah
