Thanks for the update. So PRO 3.0.3 isn’t showing up on your page at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ ? Or do you mean no update showing in the WordPress install? Either way, that’s a problem.
I can’t see the link that you posted since it would require your login, but I’m wondering if you are getting directed to our dev site (dev.tri.be…) from the blue button instead of the correct tri.be site. If you see dev or pro at the beginning of the url there, you could try taking it out and see if that works.
Meanwhile, I want you to get the plugin you paid for! Please email me at pro /at/ tri.be referencing this thread and I will send you .zip files of the plugins to use. You can also respond to the above via email. Thanks for your patience while we troubleshoot these issues.
