    Obviously I just purchased the renewal. problem is that when I put in my key it says :
    “Sorry, this key is out of installs.” That is a fairly cryptic message.

    Hi there uwebservicesoft,

    Thanks for getting in touch. Generally when you get the “key is out of installs” message it’s because the license key is already registered on another site. You can see what site the key is registered to and un-register it from https://tri.be/my-account/license-keys/. You can also read about moving a key here.

    I believe that once you have the license key registered on your site, you’ll have the update links. Let me know if you have any trouble with that.

    the problem is that it’s also not showing on my downloads page. So I CANT upgrade it to the newest version regardless.

    Meaning that even though I paid for the plugin, it’s not showing on my page to remove licenses or download.

    One other thing about this is even when i view this page :https://tri.be/my-account/view-order/?order=55732

    The link takes me to a login page when I click download on the blue button. This is very odd.

    Hey Chad,

    Thanks for the update. So PRO 3.0.3 isn’t showing up on your page at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ ? Or do you mean no update showing in the WordPress install? Either way, that’s a problem.

    I can’t see the link that you posted since it would require your login, but I’m wondering if you are getting directed to our dev site (dev.tri.be…) from the blue button instead of the correct tri.be site. If you see dev or pro at the beginning of the url there, you could try taking it out and see if that works.

    Meanwhile, I want you to get the plugin you paid for! Please email me at pro /at/ tri.be referencing this thread and I will send you .zip files of the plugins to use. You can also respond to the above via email. Thanks for your patience while we troubleshoot these issues.
