KeymasterHi Mark,
Thanks for the follow-up.
Well, the list view has its own templates that can be found here:
- Main Template: /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/list.php
- Template Parts: /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/list/
You have a perfect example on how to customize the list view on the Themer’s guide here.
The taxonomy is always linked to the post (event on the case of our plugin), so you may want to use the WordPress get_the_ID() function, when in context, to get the different taxonomies.
Best,
Juan.

KeymasterHey Jen,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I hope you’re doing well.
I can see in your site console, that you are having JavaScript issues that are preventing those fields to function properly. The problems are mostly related to something named “rollbar”.
You can check the errors by opening up your browser’s console.
Best,
Juan.

KeymasterHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I hope you’re doing well.
Would you please give me the name of the extension you’re referring to? Also, could you please describe how it is that you have your site configured in order to add the event and Attendee Information to WooCommerce Order Details? That way I’d be able to try to replicate the issue in my end.
Thank you very much,
Juan

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for the follow-up!
That template is the content template for the month view of events. That template is also used for the response that is returned on month view ajax requests (the calendar itself).
I guess the function you’re looking for is tribe_get_event_categories(). You can check more information about that function and the parameters you can use, by checking the documentation page of the function. That function displays the event categories. Perhaps it doesn’t adjust to your specific need, but in any case, you can check how it is that it goes through the categories by checking the function directly.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Regards,
Juan

KeymasterHi Nick,
Thank you for the follow-up.
You can sell tickets by using the Events Tickets and Events Tickets Plus plugins. Then configure to sell tickets via WooCommerce and use iDeal as the payment gateway.
Best,
Juan.

KeymasterHey Ross,
Thank you for the follow-up.
I’m not sure if you’ve done this customization, but your site has the following CSS:
.tribe-tickets-meta-row { display: none; }So, the fields are there, but can’t be seen because they’re hidden via CSS. If you remove that line of CSS then the additional fields should be displayed.
Best,
Juan.juanfra
KeymasterHola Antonio,
No hay problema, me alegro que se haya solucionado el problema.
Que tengas un buen dÃa!

April 12, 2018 at 9:06 am in reply to: Facebook import with events agregator in the event scalendar #1505625juanfra
KeymasterHallo Corinne,
Thank you for the follow-up.
Have you checked our documentation article regarding how to import events with Event Aggregator?
Ideally, the pictures were imported as well. But as I mentioned in my previous reply, Facebook recently announced some significant changes, including wide-ranging changes to its APIs (the protocols through which applications like Event Aggregator can speak to Facebook).
To check the cases in which you would or would not be able to import certain info from Facebook events I certainly recommend you reading this article:
theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy — Updated on April 11
With regards to shortening the URL, unfortunately, the import is done with the data that comes from the different sources.
Best,
Juan.

KeymasterHi Ross,
Thanks for the follow-up and your kind words. We do our best to provide the best support as possible. So, thank you for the feedback, we appreciate it.
I’ve tried to recreate your ticket in my local install, and with the default theme (twentyseventeen), I could successfully do it. The RSVP fields are displaying correctly. That’s perhaps the main reason why I was asking you if have done any customization in the templates that may have changed the default behavior of the RSVP fields in the front-end. For example, if you create a “test” ticket with RSVP (using a new fieldset) do you get the same error?
Thanks for your patience, we’re close to finding the ultimate solution for your site 🙂

KeymasterHey Ryan,
Thank you for the follow-up.
Where have you added the CSS? if I go and inspect your site can’t find it.
Best,

KeymasterHey Randy,
Thank you for reaching out! I hope you’re doing well.
The frequency in which Google crawls pages is given by several factors that are more SEO (stands for Search Engine Optimization) related. There are several ways in which you can manage your SEO for WordPress websites. The most popular plugin to manage SEO is named Yoast SEO.
I’ll totally recommend you read more about Google’s search console and this article on how to ask Google to recrawl your site.
If you have any other questions in the meantime, please let me know!
Best Regards,
Juan

KeymasterHola Antonio,
Saludos,
Juan.

KeymasterHi Nick,
Thank you for reaching out! I hope you’re doing well.
There’s a feature called Recurring Events that comes packed in The Events Calendar PRO, there’s an entire article explaining how recurring events work in the following article:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/
From the information you’ve shared, this feature is exactly what you need.
Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.
Best,
Juan

KeymasterHi Corinne,
Thank you for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear that.
Facebook recently announced a range of changes to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.
theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy — Updated on April 11
As a result, some Facebook imports that previously worked are not currently possible. Further details can be found in the above-linked article, which we will update as the situation develops.
In the meantime, can you provide me with an example of one of the URLs that you are having difficulties with?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Juan.
