KeymasterHello there,
Thank you for reaching out! I hope you’re doing well.
Where are you trying to put that code? I’d recommend, if you haven’t already, starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide,
Please have in mind that custom development tasks are outside of our stated scope of support. However, I’d love to help point you in the right direction.
Best,
Juan.

KeymasterThank you for the follow-up, Joakim.
Let me ask you one question: have you configured the .htaccess file the way WordPress recommended when creating the multisite network?
Is this something you have changed recently?
You may want to check the WordPress official documentation for this.
Best,
Juan.

KeymasterHi Ross,
Thank you for the follow-up.
So you have another event where you only need RSVP, right? Would you please send me a screenshot of what you see when you go to edit that ticket in the RSVP section?
Have you done any template customization in your theme?
Best,
Juan.

KeymasterHey there,
Thanks for reaching out! I hope you are doing well.
We have a different set of product bundles, that can be found on the Bundles page.
Then, you can also purchase each plugin independently. All products can be found on the Products page.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

KeymasterHey Gill,
Thank you for reaching out! I hope you are doing well.
If your plugin subscription expires, you will not lose any data or events that were previously entered. However, you will not be able to download new updates, which means you won’t get new features or bug fixes. You also won’t be able to post to our helpdesk to get help.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Regards,
Juan

April 11, 2018 at 12:36 pm in reply to: Can "Events Calendar" (NOT Pro) work with Event tickets PRO? #1504696juanfra
KeymasterHey Ryan,
Thanks for reaching out! I hope you’re doing well.
Event Tickets Plus runs alongside the core Event Tickets plugin and your favorite e-commerce plugin. You can use it with The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO for even more robust event ticketing and calendar functionality. You can check the features included in the Events Calendar PRO by visiting this page.
Best,
Juan.

KeymasterHey Tam,
Thank you for reaching out! I hope you are doing well.
We’re aware of https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-tec-event/ (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us), but it doesn’t duplicate tickets, just the event. Our tickets are designed to be per-event, not reused throughout multiple events.
There are some other users that want to do the same and this has been already proposed as a feature in this UserVoice Page. Perhaps you can upvote the idea over there.
If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can.

KeymasterHi Kevin,
Thank you for the follow-up.
The code is on the line 3813 of the file /wp-content/themes/trailnet/css/style.min.css
That stylesheet is included in your site. Perhaps there’s a plugin taking care of that file, but certainly, the code is in the line I mentioned in the file I mentioned, it is being included and that’s the reason why the content is not showing up.
Best,
Juan.

KeymasterHey Ryan,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I hope you’re doing well.
It seems that there’s a problem with how Google Chrome is interpreting the styles for the HTML abbreviation tag.
Would you please add the following CSS code:
.tribe-events-event-meta abbr[title], .tribe-events-event-meta acronym[title] { text-decoration: none; border-bottom: none; } .tribe-events-event-meta abbr.tribe-events-abbr { border-bottom: 1px dotted !important; }I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Juan
