    I have two items in the cart and am awaiting a final answer on this. Will the add-on continue to work on the site beyond the one year of updates and support? or will we be forced to renew the license for the next year?

    Hey Gill,

    Thank you for reaching out! I hope you are doing well.

    If your plugin subscription expires, you will not lose any data or events that were previously entered. However, you will not be able to download new updates, which means you won’t get new features or bug fixes. You also won’t be able to post to our helpdesk to get help.
