KeymasterHi Corinne,
Thank you for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear that.
Facebook recently announced a range of changes to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.

As a result, some Facebook imports that previously worked are not currently possible. Further details can be found in the above-linked article, which we will update as the situation develops.
In the meantime, can you provide me with an example of one of the URLs that you are having difficulties with?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Juan.

thanks for your reply
unfortunatly i dont know how a runnig fb import looks like
does it import the pics as well?
that would be greathow do you import all the events one person or page is attending anyhow
the page would be https://www.facebook.com/wasgehtmagazin/ https://www.facebook.com/wasgehtmagazin/
we tried everything wit or withut url
just one event
etc
at the moment we made a workaround and import the facebook ical url you get if you export events for ical
which is kind of perfect exept the fb event urls are too long and the pics are missinghttp://wasgeht.berlin/events http://wasgeht.berlin/events
so is there any possiblity to get the pcitures as well and to shorten the fb url??

KeymasterHallo Corinne,
Thank you for the follow-up.
Have you checked our documentation article regarding how to import events with Event Aggregator?
Ideally, the pictures were imported as well. But as I mentioned in my previous reply, Facebook recently announced some significant changes, including wide-ranging changes to its APIs (the protocols through which applications like Event Aggregator can speak to Facebook).
To check the cases in which you would or would not be able to import certain info from Facebook events I certainly recommend you reading this article:

With regards to shortening the URL, unfortunately, the import is done with the data that comes from the different sources.
Best,
Juan.
