ParticipantHey Thomas,
Thanks for following up with us.
Out of curiosity, does the issue persist if you follow the Testing for Conflicts procedures? This may help us to narrow in on the exact issue here and help us to find a good solution.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey James,
Thanks for following up with us.
So the latest event appears to be only syncing up once as expected? Was there any other change made other than just deleting the other events?
I’ll leave this thread open for now. Let me know if the issue persists.
Thanks!
Josh

ParticipantHey Larry,
Just noticed on your system information that you’re using an outdated version of the Eventbrite plugin. Does the issue persist if you update to the latest version of both the Eventbrite plugin and the core Events Calendar plugin?
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Larry,
Thanks for reaching out to us and I apologize for the inconvenience these issues have caused.
To start, could you clarify what is happening when the event errors on Publish? It sounds like when you create an event you get the error but an event is being sent to and created on Eventbrite.com?
Also, have you tried following the complete Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict occurring with another plugin or your active theme.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Matt,
Thanks for following up with that additional information.
I took a look at the link and dug a little further and noticed that by default, the Google map link will link to the map based on the address of the venue whether or not the latitude and longitude feature is selected on the venue settings.
I’ve created an internal ticket for this issue. I’ve added this thread to that ticket and you’ll be notified here as we make progress on this issue.
I apologize for the inconvenience.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Sean,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
This definitely isn’t the intended functionality. I’ve tested on my local install and noticed that events that should be hidden are still showing in the previous and next links on the single view of the event. This is currently a known bug that should be getting addressed in an upcoming release.
I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Thanks!

I’ve added this thread to that ticket and you’ll be notified here as we make progress on resolving this issue.
I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

The Facebook event duplication has been one of this issues that pops up from time to time that we’ve really struggled to nail down the cause on. For your events:
- Do you notice that all of your events are duplicating on import?
- or is it happening from a single Facebook page?
- Are you in control of the pages where you’re importing events from?
- If so, do the events go through multiple rounds of revision, getting minor updates after the original event has been posted?
- Have you tried disabling the other Facebook related plugins on your site temporarily such as any sharing plugins or autopublish plugins?
I apologize for the inconvenience of this issue, hopefully these will help us to figure out what may be happening on your site particularly with these events repeating.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I apologize for any inconveniences that you’re experiencing when using our plugins.
You can download the latest translation files from our Translation Site and upload the needed files directly to your plugin folder. Also, if you notice that there are translations that you would like changed, this is also the site where you can submit changes to the translation files.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

Strange, the upcoming events (or photo view) by default shouldn’t be displaying past events. Do you have other events that happened earlier in the mont that no longer display? Do you notice these events eventually do leave the calendar but just happen to stick around in this view for a day or so?
If so, try checking the timezone settings within your Settings > General tab and ensure that the timezone for your WordPress install is correct for the location and events.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Kuldeep,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Our Community Events plugin sounds like it may be a good starting point for your project, however it may not do everything you’re wanting out of the box.
Currently, you could have all users submit events that are then approved by a site administrator. You would need to do some customization to detect whether the user submitting the event is a paid user or free user. You would then also need to modify the output either through filters or custom pages to change the way these different types of events are displayed.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Fridolin,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
As an initial step, can you verify that the timezone settings set within your WordPress dashboard under the Settings > General (https://cloudup.com/cXYAt9w-WsQ) is set to the appropriate timezone for your location?
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
