PRO version comes without Arabic translation/files

I had a similar issue couple of days ago with the free plugin, there was no Arabic translation and I couldn’t find files anywhere, one of the employees had to give me a link for older version so that I could copy files.

now I am stuck again with a paid version without Arabic files, and I can’t even download older versions.

can I at least get the files of the PRO version (3.9.3) in my account downloads please were Arabic files are present.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I apologize for any inconveniences that you’re experiencing when using our plugins.

You can download the latest translation files from our Translation Site and upload the needed files directly to your plugin folder. Also, if you notice that there are translations that you would like changed, this is also the site where you can submit changes to the translation files.

Hello, thank you for replying, As I stated before, there is no Arabic files for the PRO version, and yes even on your translation site, in fact Arabic just disappeared from the whole site, your colleague just add the Arabic translation for the free plugin, so hopefully I will try to bring all the translation back when I have time, but now I am stuck with a paid product that I can’t use.

I am willing to compromise and use an older version until I find some time to help you fix the problem once and for all… so can I get the version 3.9.3 (that I am using for the free) so I can use my already paid for plugin?

I don’t need only the translation files, I need the whole PRO plugin v3.9.3 so I can use it with the same version of the free plugin in my site, I tried the translation files from 3.9.3 on the latest release, and it is just messed up, half English half Arabic, there is no way I am using that, 3.9.3 is fine though, the whole translation needs a rework, which what I will be helping you with, but I need my plugin to get working ASAP, I paid for a product that I am not using… I hope that you really understand my frustration here.
