ParticipantHey Larry,
Thanks for reaching out to us and I apologize for the inconvenience these issues have caused.
To start, could you clarify what is happening when the event errors on Publish? It sounds like when you create an event you get the error but an event is being sent to and created on Eventbrite.com?
Also, have you tried following the complete Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict occurring with another plugin or your active theme.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Larry,
Just noticed on your system information that you’re using an outdated version of the Eventbrite plugin. Does the issue persist if you update to the latest version of both the Eventbrite plugin and the core Events Calendar plugin?
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHello,
I am currently using version 3.10.1 of The Events Calendar and version 3.9.6 of The Events Calendar: Eventbrite Tickets, however all events state the following:
‘There are no tickets associated with this event!
You cannot publish this event in Eventbrite unless you first add a ticket on Eventbrite.com’This error is occurring for newly imported events as well as events that were previously imported and previously working successfully.
I believe the error started after I updated to the newest version of the plugin today, however I am not 100% sure as I have just returned from a week off work.
I look forward to your response.
Cheers
Lewis

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for following up.
Before we move further, try updating to the latest version of the Eventbrite Tickets plugin (version 3.10.2). There have been a lot of changes to the plugin over the last few releases due to changes on the Eventbrite side and working with their API.
Let me know if the issues persist after updating.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Josh
Our WordPress Dashboard is not showing that there are any other updates available? Please can you send me the link to where I can download the latest version and I will update it manually.
Kind Regards
Lewis

MemberHey Larry,
Josh is out this week, so I’ll continue to help you out on this.
From your last message I understand this is resolved, can you confirm this?
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you,
Best,

ParticipantHi Nico
I have updated the plugin as recommended by Josh and the Ticket functionality has returned in the backend.
In the backend of the website I can see the events in the calendar are linked to EventBrite and all the ticket information is showing, however on the actual live page, the box which shows ticket information and allows the purchase is not appearing.
Any ideas on what could be causing this issue?
Cheers
Lewis

MemberHi Lewis,
Thanks for the follow-up! Glad this is solved on the back-end at least 🙂
Do you mind opening a new thread for this issue? We try to keep just one problem per thread, so other users can benefit from finding existing answers and this becomes tricky when various problems are addressed in the same thread.
Before doing so please try updating EventBrite Tickets to the latest version -a recent Eventbrite API change caused problems in our plugin and we’ve just pushed a maintenance release today (3.11.1). Also please check that the event is Live, if it’s still in draft the tickets form won’t show 😉
If none of the above helps, you should open a new thread. To get things moving faster please try to follow the steps on our Testing for conflicts guide and be sure to comment the outcome in the new thread.
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, as the original problem is solved.
Best,
Nico -
