ParticipantHey Kerry,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I apologize for the issues you’re experiencing when using our plugins. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of the issue quickly.
To start, would you mind giving more details about the tickets that aren’t displaying? Many times when tickets don’t display on the front-end, its usually due to a start and end sale date window that doesn’t include the current date. Do you have a start or end sale date added to tickets that aren’t displaying?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Jacob,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I apologize for the confusion about that feature when originally purchasing our plugin. If you would like to be part of the beta program for the QR codes please send a request to support[at]theeventscalendar.com where you can get a bit more information about the plugin as well as be added to the beta list.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Diane,
I’m sorry to hear that you aren’t satisfied with our Community events plugin. If you would like a refund, please send a copy of your receipt along with your refund request to support[at]theeventscalendar.com and we would be happy to handle the refund for you there.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Richard,
I would be able to see the issue directly as well as inspect the underlying code. I could use that to help get you pointed in the right direction for an adjustment.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Thomas,
Thanks for following up with us. It looks something strange is happening on your site with the view switcher. It looks like it is passing a parameter for the full month which would include the event that has passed. If we go directly to the appropriate view, you can see that the event that has passed no longer displays http://tickets.tonemgmt.com/events/list/.
A first thing to test, would you mind re-downloading fresh versions of both the core and PRO plugins and adding them to the site?
Josh
ParticipantHey Kuldeep,
Looking at the mockup you would need to either create your own page with separate loops and styles to cover the two sections or you could modify the existing list view to meet the demands. Personally, I would probably pursue creating a custom template to cover the mockup.
We don’t do customizations for the plugin here, however if you would like you can reach out to support[at]theeventscalendar.com and we would be happy to send you a list of qualified developers that can help you with your customizations.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Wendy,
Awesome! Glad we were able to get this one resolved! Good luck with the rest of your project and hope you have a smooth launch 🙂
I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new one.

ParticipantHey Richard,
Thanks for following up.
However, per policy we are unable to accept login credentials for sites. I’ve removed that information from the previous thread for your security.
If you have a way of locking down the site without requiring logging in to view, I’d be happy to take a look at the site then.
I apologize for the inconvenience.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey David,
Thanks for reaching out to us! This definitely sounds like a very strange issue.
I just tested this on my local install and was able to replicate the issue you’re describing. I’ve created an internal ticket for us to track this bug and I’ve added this thread to that ticket. You’ll be notified here as we make progress on correcting this for a future release.
I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey James,
Sorry to see this has cropped back up again.
Taking a look at your site, I want to verify a few things about this that may help us:
- It appears that this is the only event so far experiencing the duplication?
- I’m guessing the duplication of the import actually happened after the event had passed?
- Did it happen to happen after you did a manual import of other Facebook events or do you have them scheduled to auto import?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Chris,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Taking a look and it appears that this functionality is tied to the generally ability to edit events. You could limit these users to just the ability to edit this post type and prevent them from impacting any other portion of the site.
However, the ability to isolate this does sound like it could be a really useful featured. Would you mind adding this request to our UserVoice page for the community to vote on and add to this feature request?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Richard,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I apologize for the inconveniences you’ve experienced so far with the that top bar area of our plugin. Unfortunately, with theme customizations that change the way our calendar displays, we are limited in the support that we’re able to provide in modifying or fixing these customizations.
You could provide access information (as long as they aren’t site login credentials) so I can take a look in order to possibly dissect a solution however the best bet is to continue to reach out to the theme developer for help in modifying these issues.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for following up! I’m glad that this temporary workaround has worked for now.
I’ve added this thread to our internal ticket for tracking this bug. You’ll be notified here as we make progress on this issue.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new thread.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Katherine,
No problem. Unfortunately with a customization like this, if you’re uncomfortable with directly modifying your stylesheet there really isn’t any DIY alternative that I can provide.
You could try reaching out to the WooCommerce forums on WordPress.org for further support, however adding a little custom CSS will be the ultimate solution.
If you would like, you could email support[at]theeventscalendar.com and request our list of referrals for customization work.
Thanks!
