Tickets not showing

Hello, I am creating tickets on my events. On one event I have two types of tickets – only one shows on the front-end. On another I have one type of ticket that doesn’t show at all. I am running version 3.11 on all Modern Tribe plugins. Please help!

I apologize for the issues you’re experiencing when using our plugins. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of the issue quickly.

To start, would you mind giving more details about the tickets that aren’t displaying? Many times when tickets don’t display on the front-end, its usually due to a start and end sale date window that doesn’t include the current date. Do you have a start or end sale date added to tickets that aren’t displaying?
