ParticipantHello
On the checkout page the additional information is next to the billing details squashing it.
I’d like to have the option for additional information in case the person booking tickets isn’t the person on the course or there is more than one attendee.
Is it possible to move the additional information underneath the billing details. I can’t see where I can add in fields for additional information. I assume it’s in the checkout manager section of woocommerce but I can’t see how.

I’m now using a Genesis framework with the altitude theme.
Any help is much appreciated.
Regards
Katherine

ParticipantHey Katherine,
Thanks for reaching out to us! This area is actually controlled by the WooCommerce plugin rather than our plugin.
However, to help get you pointed in the right direction, the two containers for those sections are wrapped in “col-1” and “col-2” classes. You could target those classes specifically on the checkout page within your theme’s stylesheet and change those from being 48% width sections to being 100% width sections.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Josh
Thanks for getting back to me. I think it’s safest I don’t touch the style sheet, bit concerned I’ll break it 🙂
I did set up a woo commerce account but because I bought the product here it doesn’t show that I have made any woo commerce purchases so I can’t access their support. Any suggestions!
Many thanks
Katherine

ParticipantHey Katherine,
No problem. Unfortunately with a customization like this, if you’re uncomfortable with directly modifying your stylesheet there really isn’t any DIY alternative that I can provide.
You could try reaching out to the WooCommerce forums on WordPress.org for further support, however adding a little custom CSS will be the ultimate solution.
If you would like, you could email support[at]theeventscalendar.com and request our list of referrals for customization work.
Thanks!
