    Hey Guillaume,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

We don’t have anything built into the plugin for this, however there are many options available here. You could do anything from using a membership style plugin or modifying the template files to not output the event tickets form unless the user is logged in.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Jeffrey,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Can you give us a little more detail about how the sidebar has been created? Is the sidebar showing on any of the other event views such as the single event view? If it isn’t showing up anywhere, it could be due to the customized views not being picked up and overwriting the default views. If it is showing on some, it could be due to a positioning issue in where get_sidebar is called.

    Thanks!

    Hey Joe,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Would you mind sending a link to the calendar or .ics file that you’re trying to import so we can test on the same file. Also, would you mind taking a screenshot of the settings that you’re using when importing?

    Thanks!

    Hey Dan,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

We do have an attendee list that can be managed from the backend. The only thing to note here though is that as users are added or deleted manually there, you may need to update the available stock within the associated product (via WooCommerce or your other selected cart available) so you aren’t able to oversell the event via the website.

Also, we are still currently in development for Tickets Meta. We don’t have a set timeline just yet for it though.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Abby,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

This definitely does sound like a more complicated schedule to build. Looking at it, this is the way that I would approach something like this https://cloudup.com/cHeyukAFrUU.

I’ve set the main event date for the first date of the event. I’ve then created two custom weekly recurrences where I’m able to select Tuesday – Saturday as the same time for the recurrence. I then create a second for Sunday that can be set to it’s own time different from the main event time.

As for the recurrence descriptions that you reference, you can override the default by adding a custom description there in that last field within the screenshot.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Sarah,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Looking at your account, it appears that you have a license for the Eventbrite Tickets plugin associated with this account. The latest version of this plugin is version 4.0 so what you’re seeing there is correct.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Yolanda,

Running some tests on WP Ecommerce and had a couple quick questions.

So you received the email notification about the attendees being a part of the class the day before the class? Or did you happen to notice that the attendee list updated the day before the event?

    Thanks!

    Hey Max,

Just reached out to the team and as of right now it is expected to release as an enhancement to Event Tickets Plus.

    Thanks!

    Hey Karly,

    Thanks for following up there!

So, when everything is deactivated, there aren’t any customizations that are impacting the performance of the site? No changes were made to the core APM files? Also, were there any changes that could have impacted the database such as user role capabilities that wouldn’t be removed by deactivating plugins?

Finally, do you have any other sites or the ability to create a new test site on the current hosting environment to see if the issue persists there?

    Thanks!

    Hey Jonathan,

Unfortunately there isn’t any new update at this point.

    Thanks1

    Hey Stacey,

Here is some more information about WP_DEBUG_LOG. You’ll also need to turn it on within your wp-config.php by adding

    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true );

Another thing you could try as well would be to completely remove the calendar plugins and iCal Importer plugins and try installing fresh versions of each to see if that helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Mat,

You can edit the “single-event.php” file (by following our Themer’s Guide and copying the file into your theme) within the “list” folder and replace all of the file’s contents with the following:

    https://gist.github.com/BeardedGinger/88fa32b3893839c0e3ca

You can then follow the example here for any of the other views that you’d like to modify.

    Thanks!

    Hey All,

The Tickets Meta will allow for additional information to be collected when selling tickets and associated with that specific purchase (ex. T-shirt size, food preferences, etc.).

    Jessica,

Those particular elements aren’t related to the Tickets Meta plugin. If you don’t mind, would you open a new thread for this topic and we’d be happy to follow up with you there.

    Thanks!

    Hey Marnie,

    No problem.

No, you don’t need to delete the key from the live site to have the files work on the development site. Once the plugin is installed and activated (even without the license key) it should work properly and with full functionality. The license key only gives you access to plugin updates and does not restrict functionality.

If you’re having trouble seeing on the dev site, try downloading a fresh version of the plugin from here and uploading and activating on your site (being sure to also have the core events calendar plugin from WordPress.org active on the site).

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!
