    Hi,

    I had a weird glitch happening with notifications for events and I just wanted to see if there was a fix for it, or report it as a bug if not.

    Here’s what happened:

    A class was capped at 6, but only 4 showed up on the list of attendees. The first two people to register for the class did not show up on my list, and I was not notified that they were coming until the night before class, (weeks after they registered) thus leading me to believe I was having a class of 4, when I actually had a class of 6.

    If you could help me out with this that would be great!

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    This definitely sounds like a strange issue to be having here. As a clarification, when you mention that you weren’t notified about the first two attendees until the night before, in what way were you notified?

    An initial thought sounds like the order(s) of the first two tickets may have not been completed orders within WooCommerce up until the night before. Could this have been a possibility in the processing of the tickets?

    Hi Josh,

    Thanks for getting back to me! The attendees didn’t show up on the list of attendees in the admin panel and there was no email notification that they were going to the event. That does happen when people hold orders in their cart, but these people registered several weeks before the event.

    Any other thoughts you have would be welcome, thanks!

    Hey Yolanda,

    Running some tests on WP Ecommerce and had a couple quick questions.

    So you received the email notification about the attendees being a part of the class the day before the class? Or did you happen to notice that the attendee list updated the day before the event?
