KeymasterHi Ryan,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you.
I can see in the Console that there are a couple of JavaScript errors in your theme:
ReferenceError: stLight is not defined photo:186:1 <anonyme> http://dev.noveltyhilljanuik.com/events/photo/:186:1
And:
TypeError: r.parseHTML is not a function tribe-events-photo-view.min.js:1:2309 g/< http://dev.noveltyhilljanuik.com/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/resources/js/tribe-events-photo-view.min.js:1:2309 n http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.1/jquery.min.js:2:14779 fireWith http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.1/jquery.min.js:2:15553 w http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.1/jquery.min.js:4:11393 d http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.1/jquery.min.js:4:17218
The second one might be the cause of your problem. Could you upgrade the version of jQuery which comes with your theme? That might solve the issue.
Please let me know if that helped or not.
Have a great weekend,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Ismael,
We are unfortunately unable to provide support through our Pre-Sales forum channel, but you can head over to The Events Calendar WordPress.org support forums for assistance and answers.
If you have a PRO license, you can log into your account and get assistance through the PRO forums. If you need to reset your password, you can do so here. This will send an email to the account used when you initially registered for the support forums.
Thanks for understanding and good luck resolving your issue.
Have a good weekend!

KeymasterHi Ismael,
Thank you for your interest in our product! I’d be happy to help you.
I had a look at the URL you shared, I can see an event on the map, located at Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona. Is this correct?
If you have any further questions, I’d be happy to answer them.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you.
Your PRO License is valid. However, looking at your System Information, it seems The Events Calendar PRO plugin is not activated on your website. Can you check if the plugin is well installed and activated?
Also, I notice you have a version of WordPress which is slightly outdated. For security and performance reasons, I would recommend to upgrade from 4.7.5 to 4.9.5.
Please let me know if you still encounter difficulties after those manipulations.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Ivan,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
The target version for this bug is yet to be determined, but it’s on the radar.
I’ll get back to you as soon as I know more about this issue.

KeymasterHi Philipp,
Thanks for your interest in our products!
To answer your question, when you import events from a CSV file while WPML is activated, the events will be created in the main language. Then of course you will be able to translate those events in other languages.
I hope this clarifies the situation.
Feel free to come back to me if you have other questions.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Steven,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you.
It seems your version of the List Venues/Organizers Shortcodes extension is a little bit outdated.
You can download the newest version (2.1.0) at the bottom of this page.
That should solve your problem š
Please let me know if that’s not the case.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Jacob,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I would be happy to help you on this.
The bug you came across is weird, especially since your other events seem to be fine.
Did the School start to allow RSVPs before setting a limit for the maximum capacity?
In your WordPress back-office, if you go to this event, what do you see under Tickets? Total Event Capacity: 50 and Available: 0?
Thanks in advance for your reply,
Cheers,

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you on this.
Could you send me an exemple of a URL you’re trying to import events from (you can set your reply as a private reply)? So that I have a better understanding of your needs.
Thank you in advance,

KeymasterHi Ehren,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you š
Since Event Tickets 4.7, you don’t necessarily need to connect Events Calendar with an external ecommerce solution, as you can use our built-in Tribe Commerce tool, providing you are willing to use a PayPal business account.
Otherwise, we currently support Easy Digital Downloads as well as WooCommerce. If you are not sure which solution is right for you, please read more about each optionās features and payment gateways.
I hope this helps,
Cheers,

KeymasterHi,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I would be happy to help you.
At the moment, there is no shortcode or other way to embed the Submit an Event form on a page.
Having a shortcode for that would be nice indeed. Someone has already requested that feature:Ā https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/4959305-shortcode-for-community-events. Please feel free to add your voteĀ there! This allows us to gaugeĀ interest in this particularĀ feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
I can also recommend checking out the following resources:
- TEC Settings Overview (to check out the available options in the plugin)
- Themerās Guide (help for making the changes yourself)
- Customization Guide (to find help with making custom changes)
Please let me know if that helps.

KeymasterHi Emma,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
That’s a great question. Upcoming events below the mini calendar are related to the month actually displayed in the widget.
However, in some cases, the current month might not contain any event. So we wrote a “helper plugin”, which allows the widget to move forward to the next month that actually contains an event.
You will find the link to download the widget and the documentation on this page.
Let me know if that helps!

KeymasterHi Benneth,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you.
For now, the only way to add a video when submitting events via Community Events is to copy/paste the URL of a video (from YouTube for example) under Event Description.
We don’t have a separate field to add videos, but that could be a nice feature. Feel free to suggest that idea in our page aimed at Feature Ideas!
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Omar,
Thank you for your interest in our plugins!
To answer your first question, yes, you can combine Community Events with Events Calendar PRO to add recurring events to the submission form! That would also allow you to add custom fields and default content to your submission form.
Regarding your second question, no, that’s not possible at the moment. But that could be nice indeed! You can post your feature idea on this page, so that other customers could vote for it if they reckon it would be a useful addition.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Cheers,
Jeremy -
