So I updated plugins after a 9 month hiatus from the site I built, and the specific event page brings me to the white screen of death – oh joy. I’ve narrowed it down to being a conflict with the Woocommerce plugin that I use for payment/registrations, product sales, etc., but what do I do now? I need to use that plugin for event attendees to register and pay. Website is edinamac.com, the specific event page is (one example) is https://edinamac.com/event/2018-mac-golf-scramble/. Are there any other payment plugins that play nice with Event Calendar/Event Ticket Pro?

Oddly, the page/s work if I’m logged into WordPress. I also can’t FTP into my managed WordPress account with Godaddy to change wp-config files – for debugging. I’m at a loss as to what I should do next. I’ve been digging into this for far too long 🙂 Chrome developer tools is telling me it’s an Internal Server 500 error or something.

    Hi Ehren,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

Since Event Tickets 4.7, you don’t necessarily need to connect Events Calendar with an external ecommerce solution, as you can use our built-in Tribe Commerce tool, providing you are willing to use a PayPal business account.

Otherwise, we currently support Easy Digital Downloads as well as WooCommerce. If you are not sure which solution is right for you, please read more about each option’s features and payment gateways.

    I hope this helps,

    Cheers,
    Jeremy
