1. In the PRO version, are recurring events available to Community Events as well?
2. Does Event Calendar prevent or alert you if you try to assign a venue to a new event if that venue is already assigned to another event? Is the alert issued even if the overlap is a minute?
For example, venue is Room 1.
Event 1 (in Room 1): Thur 4-5pm
Event 2 (in Room 1): 430pm-530pm
When creating Event 2, will their be a warning etc.
To answer your first question, yes, you can combine Community Events with Events Calendar PRO to add recurring events to the submission form! That would also allow you to add custom fields and default content to your submission form.
Regarding your second question, no, that’s not possible at the moment. But that could be nice indeed! You can post your feature idea on this page, so that other customers could vote for it if they reckon it would be a useful addition.
