    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

If your Map is centered on Africa, it’s probably because you do not have a venue that Google can recognize. Please refer to the following tips on fixing venue data: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/troubleshooting-google-maps/

Please let me know how it goes.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Carson,

That’s right, I forgot to mention PRO and Filter Bar. So you would need Events Calendar PRO 4.4.31 and Filter Bar 4.5.7.

    I hope this helps.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Carson,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

I’ve just attached this ticket to the bug report. I’m also setting this ticket as “Pending fix”, so that we could warn you as soon as the problem is resolved.

Meanwhile, you may downgrade The Events Calendar to version 4.6.22.1. In order to do so, please read carefully our documentation: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/

Please let me know if you have any question.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Brian,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

When you want to update a plugin such as Event Tickets Plus, please make sure you update our core plugins (The Events Calendar and Event Tickets) first.

Trying the update on a test site is a very good thing to do. Because you can’t do automatic updates on your test site, you may have to do manual updates. Please follow the documentation on this page: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/

Please let me know how it goes.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

First, could you please share your System Information? (you may paste it in a “Private” reply).

Coud you also enable WP_DEBUG (https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress) and WP_DEBUG_LOG (https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress#WP_DEBUG_LOG) ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.

After that, try reproducing the issue a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.

Additionally, this can be related to a theme or plugin conflict, so to narrow the problem down please go through the steps provided in the testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you find in the process.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Matthew,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

In your WordPress dashboard, you should see “Screen Options” on the upper right. Could you click on it? Then, in Pagination, you may change Number of items per page to any number which suits your needs. Would that solve your problem, or are you looking for something different?

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

I had a look at the URL which were crawled, it seems there’s a problem with the format of the date (a “0” is missing in front of the months).

Could you re-save your permalinks? (in Settings > Permalinks)

If you switch to the default theme, do you get the same error?

Also, could you share your System Information? (you may paste it in a “Private” reply).

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

First of all, could you please share your System Information?

Then, could you make sure you updated our core plugins (The Events Calendar and Event Tickets plugin) before updating Event Tickets Plus?

Please let me know how it goes.

    Hi Kat,

Welcome back on our Help Desk!

By default, the navigation links should appear on top of the calendar, as you can see on our demo website: https://wpshindig.com/events/

However, your theme is hiding those links (and is adding some extra styles as well). In order to overcome this issue, you may add the following snippet in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

    #tribe-events-content #tribe-events-header {
        display: block;
    }

    I hope this helps.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy
