Customized CSS is not overwriting in mobile

I have my custimized css file in my theme/tribe-events/tribe-events.css and it works on changing the css on desktop but when I pull up the site on my phone it only overwrites some things and not all the changes? In the imaged uploaded I have the desktop buttons on the left image and the one on the mobile on the right image. I even put “important!” on the css and that didn’t do anything either.
