    Hi Jack,

    Our Help Desk does require a premium license to be able to post new topics. However, you can always post over on ourĀ community forumĀ on wordpress.org. We review this weekly to check for any bug reports, but for in-depth support, you would need to purchase a license.

    Hi Alycia,

    You can remove the link altogether by removing it from the view templates – for example, for month view, you would want to copy and edit the single-event.php template found at wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/month. The link is added here:

    So, you could remove the link around the title, but if you wanted to remove it from only some events, then you would need to instead add in a condition to check before applying the link. For example, if you wanted to do this by category, then the tribe_event_in_category function would be a good way to do this.

    Hi Georges,

    I’m glad to hear that you were able to get it working! Sometimes CSS is the only way to integrate everything perfectly with the theme styles.

    First, can you try running through these steps to check for any conflicts with your theme and other plugins? Please make sure to have WP_DEBUG enabled during testing and copy/paste any errors you see into your reply.

    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on!

    First, I would recommend updating Easy Digital Downloads and The Events Calendar to their current versions (2.9 and 4.6.12 respectively).

    If that doesn’t make a difference, can you try running through these steps to test for any conflicts that might be occurring with your theme or another plugin? Please make sure to have WP_DEBUG enabled during testing and copy/paste any errors that you see into your reply.

    Hi Allison,

    I’m sorry that you’re running into these issues…I took a look at your homepage, and it looks like that view is coming from your theme or another plugin (it is not one of the default views from The Events Calendar/Events Calendar Pro). Can you try running through these steps to see if the time is being displayed incorrectly anywhere in a default environment?

    For the cutoff, can you try changing this in the settings from 2am to later (such as 2:30am)? As long as the event ends before that time that you have in the settings, it should still only appear on one day.

    There is not an out-of-the-box way to change the opacity, but you can change some of the colors for week view under Appearance > Customize > The Events Calendar. If you want to change the opacity or if the options there do not get you the changes you need, then you would need to add some CSS. We are a bit limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!

    We do have an open feature request for a different layout option in week view. I would recommend casting your vote for it, which helps us gauge user interest in new features.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    First, I would recommend adjusting theĀ “Default stylesheet used for events templates” and “Events template” settings under Events > Settings > Display. These affect how much events pages inherit their styling from the theme.

    You can also adjust some of the colors under Appearance > Customize > The Events Calendar.

    Please note that we areĀ limited in the amount of support that we can provide for CSS customizations and typically are not able to provide custom code. However,Ā if you are still not able to get the Ā adjustments you’re looking for with the settings that I mentioned above, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
