ParticipantHow can I change the background colour of the ‘Find Events’ button? I tried searching for a css code to no avail.
Also, the weekly days text (Monday, Tuesday) in the montly calendar view is dark and so is the surrounding background. How can I change either one so that the days become readable? Please provide a css code for that.
Finally, there is too much space between the top navigation menu and the main content in all page types of the Events Calendar. How can I reduce the top margin?
My theme is Divi 3 and I can add css code to the relevant section.

KeymasterHi Georges,
Thanks for reaching out!
First, I would recommend adjusting the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” and “Events template” settings under Events > Settings > Display. These affect how much events pages inherit their styling from the theme.
You can also adjust some of the colors under Appearance > Customize > The Events Calendar.
Please note that we are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for CSS customizations and typically are not able to provide custom code. However, if you are still not able to get the adjustments you’re looking for with the settings that I mentioned above, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantHi Jennifer, thank you for your help. Unfortunately, I’d already tried what you suggested but without success. I am not sure why the calendar days are in dark font and dark background. I tried everything and can’t find a solution.
Another problem is that in the calendar months view (http://www.georgessocialcinema.co.uk/events/month/), if you click on ‘Date’ in the search bar, the pop-up mini calendar seems to go underneath the top menu, making it impossible to click on the earlier months of January/February etc…
Can you help?

ParticipantJennifer, I’ve been able to sort everything out using my browser’s developer tools and finding the relevant css there. Thanks anyway for your help.

KeymasterHi Georges,
I’m glad to hear that you were able to get it working! Sometimes CSS is the only way to integrate everything perfectly with the theme styles.
Since this has been marked “resolved”, I’ll go ahead and close it out. Feel free to open up a new thread if you run into any other issues!
