    Hello,

I see you have Yoast SEO installed on your site. I recommend reviewing the Yoast SEO plugin settings and reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide to see if you can identify if and where a conflict is coming from and how to go about addressing it.

If you’re still unable to figure it out, the next step would be to reach out to the Yoast SEO support team as it’s more related to their plugin than ours. I also recommend reviewing our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article. I hope this helps answer your question and best of luck. Cheers!

    Hello,

Welcome back and sorry to hear you’ve run into troubles. There should not be any reason the updates require users to upgrade virtual memory. I’ll provide some resources below aimed at helping improve performance. Please review them and let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Cheers!

    Hey Mark,

Welcome back and thank you for posting to our premium plugin support forums. We don’t have the feature you’ve described currently built-in to our plugins, but I’m sure it’s something you could put together using a combination of plugins and possibly some custom code. I’d start by reviewing our Themer’s Guide.

We are not able to provide support for these requests, but welcome feature requests with open arms. To submit a request, please visit our UserVoice Feature Ideas page.

I hope this helps answer your question and have a great afternoon. Cheers!

    Hello,

That is a great question, one I think worth spending some time researching and possibly contacting Facebook about as it’s more pertinent to them rather than our plugins. I hope this helps and have a great upcoming weekend!

    Hi Dirk,

I’d be happy to test the issue myself. Please send a list of step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue. Please include screenshots if possible.

Thanks and have a great afternoon!

    Hello,

    It makes perfect sense 🙂

After doing some more research, it appears at this time the only workaround is to use the ‘Excerpt’ field, which does honor text formatting. More info on the matter can be found here.

Sorry I don’t have a better answer or workaround for you at this time and please let me know if you have any more questions or comments. Have a great afternoon!

    Hey Neil,

I’m not able to reproduce the category issue you’re having. When I edit a scheduled Facebook import and assign it a different category, the event gets assigned to the correct category upon import. I’m also not seeing any logged bugs resembling this issue.

I am able to set up a scheduled import and it gets ran every hour as expected. The blank organizer issue has been addressed as well. A fix was applied on the server-side of Event Aggregator, so there should no longer be any issues there.

The Facebook featured image issue was also addressed in version 4.3.4, so as long as you’ve got the latest version, you shouldn’t have any issues to reimport the events at this point.

I hope this helps clarify where everything is at and best of luck resolving the scheduled import conflict. I would personally start by installing a plugin like WP Crontrol so you can get a better idea what’s going on with the scheduled imports.

Thank you for your patience while we fully investigated your issues and have a great afternoon!

    Hello,

Welcome back and sorry to hear you’ve run into troubles. Please make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file. Any errors will display at the top of your page as you try to reproduce the conflict. Note what you find and please include it in your reply. I did a test on my local installation using the default WP theme and only our plugins but I did not run into any issues.

I also checked our logged bug reports but am not able to find anything resembling your issue. If possible, it’s recommended you set up a test installation with only the default WP theme and our plugins installed and activated so you can further troubleshoot the matter.

Please let me know what you find and thanks for reaching out. Cheers!

    Hello and welcome back 🙂

It sounds like you have a theme and/or plugin conflict going on. I see you’ve reverted back to the default WordPress theme and deactivated all plugins other than ours, but did you do this simultaneously as required in our Testing for conflicts guide? If not, please do so and let me know what you find out.

Please make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file. Any errors will display at the top of your page as you try to reproduce the conflict. Note what you find and please include it in your reply.

I’m not having any troubles navigating to past and future events in any view on my test site using the latest versions of our plugins and the WordPress Twenty Seventeen theme. Lastly, I did a quick check of our listed bug reports but I’m not seeing anything resembling your issue at this time.

Thank you and have a great rest of your day. Cheers!

    Hey Kevin,

Thank you for your purchase and welcome to our premium plugin support forums! I believe in this scenarios is that “Ann” is a little too common or in other words too general for the search function to pick up. We have not limited intentionally the Tribe Bar for any reason, especially to prompt users to purchase additional plugins.

Have you reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide to see if the results are different? This is a required step to continue receiving support.

I know there is a ticket in our list of bug reports aimed to improve how the “Search” field works, so I’ll go ahead and add this forum thread to the ticket. Doing so usually bumps up the attention paid by the developers. I don’t have a date when this fix will be available, but please review our Release Notes and the plugin changelogs as they come out.

I hope this helps clarify your concerns and let me know if you have any additional questions or comments. Thanks again and take care.

    Hello,

Welcome back and sorry to hear you’ve run into troubles. I’m not seeing any logged bugs of users reporting events in the incorrect order. I’m also not able to reproduce the issue on my testing site.

As Cliff asked on the thread you linked to, can you enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG to see if any errors show up on your logs?

I would also set up a test set with only the default theme and our plugins installed and activated, then import your event data using the built-in CSV import tool. This will help minimize the potential for conflicts and hopefully shed some light as to what’s going on.

Sorry I can’t do much more in this instance, but without the ability to reproduce the behavior and seeing there are no bugs logged, I’m fairly limited. If it gets beyond your level of expertise, I recommend reviewing our list of customizers for further assistance.

Thank you and have a great evening. Cheers!

    Hi and welcome 🙂

We ask that you review our Testing for conflicts guide to rule out potential theme and/or plugin conflicts which we’re unfortunately unable to support here in the forums.

Please let me know what you find out and we’ll continue troubleshooting your issues. If you’d like to customize any aspect of your calendar, please review our Themer’s Guide. This is how you would go about removing the navigation links to past/upcoming events on your single event pages.

It would also be beneficial if you could provide a little more explanation in regards to the issues you’re having. For example, you say an event maintains last years speaker rather than this years, but I’m not exactly sure which event you’re referring to. Screenshots are always helpful.

Thank you and have a great rest of the day. Cheers!
