ModeratorNo problem 🙂
Stay tuned to plugin updates in your WP-admin or at theeventscalendar.com/blog. If this bug fix is included in a release it will be mentioned there.”

ModeratorHey Ivete,
Welcome back 🙂
It sounds like you’re going to need to make the transition from WooCommerce Tickets to Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus. You can learn more about that here. We’ve included an easy tutorial on how to transition here.
Feel free to reply to this thread if your issue is still occurring after the conversion. Let me know if you have any more questions and I’d be glad to help.

ModeratorHey Rob,
I believe you’re referring to the back end when viewing your Events list, correct? If so, you should see an option above the list of Events (see screenshot below). Try selecting “All” and see if you’re able to see everyone’s events.

Let me know if this helps and thanks for choosing PRO!

ModeratorHey damiendasher 🙂
Sorry to hear about the time not displaying as desired. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the recurrence rules you’re using for the event having issues with? I’ll try and replicate the problem you’re experiencing on my local test environment and get back to you with more information.
Go ahead and share your System Information with me as a private reply too. We appreciate the offer for credentials, but please refrain from sharing those with us as we are not allowed to log into customer sites.
Thanks for reaching out on our support forums and have a great day 🙂

ModeratorHello cacpro,
Welcome back 🙂
Sorry to hear about the Filterbar issues. It sounds like you’ve got a possible theme and/or plugin conflict. Have you tried running through our Testing for conflicts article? Try that and let me know if you’re able to narrow down where the conflict is coming from.
Keep me posted with any new information and hopefully you can get it addressed soon!

ModeratorHey Ravi,
Welcome back!
I’m unfamiliar with the WooCommerce Theme Customization plugin, but you should be able to back up the tribe-events folder in your theme folder prior to updating your theme – then re-upload the tribe-events folder after you’ve updated the theme without losing your customizations.
You might also try adding the tribe-events folder into the WooCommerce Theme Customization plugin folder and see if the changes made on the back end are reflected on the front end. Similar to the theme, make sure and back up your tribe-events folder before updating the WooCommerce Theme Customization plugin to avoid losing your customizations.
Please let me know if this ends up working out for you as I’m sure others may find the information useful. Apologies I can’t provide more assistance, but good luck and keep me updated!

ModeratorBrian,
Thanks for sharing your System Information with me. It looks like you need to update Events Calendar Pro to the latest version which can be found on your Downloads page.
The current versions are as follows:
- The Events Calendar 4.0.5
- Events Calendar Pro 4.0.4
You will need  to ensure you are running the versions above for everything to work properly. Please let me know if you have any questions and I’d be glad to provide more assistance.
Thanks for choosing PRO and have a good rest of your day 🙂

ModeratorHey Brian,
Thanks for choosing PRO and welcome back to the forums. The message you’re seeing is most likely being displayed because you’re not running compatible versions of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO.
Would you mind sharing your System Information with me as a private reply? That may help address the issue quicker.
Thanks again for choosing PRO and have a good week 🙂

ModeratorHey ardcgarage 🙂
Welcome back!
Unfortunately there is no out-of-the-box solution for what you’re trying to accomplish – but a little CSS research should point you in the right direction.
I can definitely see the validity in your request, so please do add it to the UserVoice Feature Ideas and we’ll review it in a timely manner! Have a good week and thanks for choosing PRO!

ModeratorHey Libby,
You’re right – I shared the wrong link!
I went ahead and backdated your license far enough (I believe) so that you should see version 3.2 in your “Versions” dropdown option. Let me know if you’re able to download it!

ModeratorHey Phillip,
Welcome back 🙂
Speed can be caused by numerous factors, which is unfortunately out of the scope we are able to provide on our support forums. I really wish I could be of more assistance – but with so many diverse website environments, it would be impossible for us to cover all those bases.
We have added an option found under Events > Settings > Display that may improve the speed when viewing events in Calendar view (see screenshot below).

I recommend running your site through GTmetrix and see if there is anything that stands out in regards to slow page load times. That information may help narrow your problem down.
I apologize again I’m not able to be of more assistance, but I wish you the best of luck improving the performance! Have a great week 🙂
