ModeratorWelcome back!
We are unfortunately unable to log into your account for any reason, so please refrain from sending over credentials. And just to clear up any confusion – 1) are you having trouble installing and activating the plugin or 2) are you having trouble once the plugin has been installed and activated?
Additionally, would you mind sending over your System Information as a private reply? This may help expedite the process.
Thanks for your patience and have a good day 🙂

ModeratorRobert,
Welcome back 🙂
The ability to filter by different categories in the back-end has been converted into a separate plugin, you can read more about that here. As for the issue displaying limited events – do you have this same restriction when viewing Pages or Posts?
Thanks for your patience while we work to resolve this issue and have a good rest of your Sunday!

ModeratorHey Sylvester,
Hope you’re having a good day 🙂
How I got the category description to display is by following these steps:
Make a template override of template file content.php from src/views/list to theme-folder/tribe-events/list. The code to call the necessary category description is as follows:
<?php echo category_description() ?>Open your theme’s functions.php file, input the following code at the bottom and save your changes:
if( is_tax() ) {
echo term_description( get_queried_object_id(), 'tribe_events_cat' );
}Let me know if you’re able to get the category description displaying as desired! Thanks for choosing PRO and have a great weekend!

ModeratorGreg,
Thanks for posting to the support forums 🙂
Do you have an actual page created under “Pages” titled “Events”? If so, go ahead and delete it. Flush the permalinks again and see if the 404 is still occurring. Next, I would check this article in relation to fixing 404 errors.
Let me know if either does the trick and if not, we’ll continue troubleshooting. Thanks for choosing PRO!

ModeratorHello Nahar,
I’m not exactly sure what issue you’re experiencing as the link you’ve shared doesn’t work – however, it sounds like you have a communication breakdown between your site and Eventbrite.
Check out our New User Primer: Eventbrite Tickets Knowledgebase article; it may help solve the error you’re seeing. Keep me informed on the status of your issue and thanks for choosing PRO!

ModeratorHey Renan,
Welcome back!
Check our Inserting the calendar into a page or post Knowledgebase article. Let me know how it goes and thanks for choosing PRO!

ModeratorJustin,
Thanks for keeping me informed of the situation. I am unable to recreate the issue you’re experiencing. Try running through our Working with timezones Knowledgebase article. See if that has anything to do with the event incorrectly displaying as passed.
I’ll keep an eye out on our bug ticket log for anything in regards to what you’re describing. Let me know if the timezone article helps and have a good weekend 🙂

ModeratorHello,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot and system information. I replicated the issue you described, so I’ll bring it up with the team tomorrow (when more are active) and see if they have any ideas. If not, I’ll create a bug and we’ll hopefully get it addressed in the next release. No promises, but having it logged as a bug will put it on our radar for a future release.
Thanks again for your kindness and patience while we check it all out. Stay tuned to this thread for more information. Have a good evening!
