    You have your customizations saved in [your-theme]/tribe-events/community/modules/organizer-fields.php, correct?

    It looks like you’ll need to explore the-events-calendar/src/admin-views/venue-meta-box.php.

    I wish I could provide more support, however, these types of customizations extend beyond the scope I’m able to provide through the forums. Keep your eyes peeled to the new release changelogs; hopefully it’ll be added into an upcoming version.

    I just tested the code on my local test environment and it seemed to work fine for me with the default Twentysixteen theme. Unfortunately I wouldn’t know where to begin with your theme conflict as I don’t have the source code and theme customizations extend beyond the scope of support we are able to offer.

    I would recommend reaching out to your theme author and see if they can provide more assistance. Thanks so much for understanding and best of luck resolving the issue!

    The timezone feature you describe is actually a feature of our free version. You can compare features between the free and PRO versions here.

    I tested the event provided and got the error as described. Try inserting this snippet into the bottom of your theme’s functions.php file and see if the 400 Bad Request error goes away. If not, check our Testing for conflicts article and please reply privately with your System Information.

    Hello and thanks for the question,

    We have many customers currently (and successfully) using our ticketing plugins for booking online workshops, music festivals, and tons of other instances 🙂

    To answer your question – the error you described sounds like a possible theme and/or plugin(s) conflict rather than coming from our plugins. We extensively test for possible conflicts before releasing new versions. If a bug is found, we log it and address it based on priority. The error you described would be considered a “top priority” and would most likely be fixed immediately after it’s initial release.

    I would recommend turning on wp_debug in your wp-config.php file to help find the conflict you’re having.

    Welcome back 🙂

    Sorry to hear about your performance issues – those are never fun. Would you mind taking a look at our Testing for conflicts article? It may help narrow down any other potential theme and/or plugin conflicts that could be causing problems.

    We build our plugins with performance in mind – that being said, I recommend heading on over to GTmetrix.com. Run your site to see if you can find any more information about where your slow load times are coming from.

    I noticed you have W3 Total Cache plugin activated when viewing your events page source code. The load time was under 3 seconds for me which isn’t too bad in my book! Keep in mind, one incorrect setting with your caching plugin can cause major issues – so you may want to run through your caching plugin settings and options again.

    Thanks for understanding where we’re coming from when it comes to performance. We will continue our attempts at exceeding the latest code standards and practices – I promise you that.

    Thanks for getting back to me with your System Information. I don’t see anything that jumps out in the info. Take a look at our Testing for conflicts article. My guess is you’re experiencing a theme and/or plugin conflict.

    Unfortunately there is no other workaround than either finding a plugin that fits your needs or building a custom search feature into your WP site.

    I would start in the WordPress repository. As always, look for well documented and supported plugins that are kept up-to-date and have positive ratings. I’m confident you’ll find something that gets you the functionality you seek.

    To alter the event submission form, you’ll need to read through our Themer’s Guide. You will need to overwrite edit-event.php which can be found in plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/src/views/community.
