    My organization coordinates an international celebration of women artists during the month of March. We are going to use your Community program so that artists can input their own events and they will go to our “Pending Review” folder for approval. We will probably have 200 or more events. My test calendar is set up at: http://www.WomenArts.org/swandates/

    We have figured out how to cut and paste the ID number from an artists’ Facebook event page into your Facebook importer in order to import their event. Is there a way that artists could submit the ID numbers for their Facebook event pages so that those could go directly to our “Pending Review” file with the events that are submitted through the Add an Event form. It would be great if we could create a form where they could submit the URL and the page would be imported.

    It would be great if we could also capture their name and email in the form so that they could be registered as a subscriber on our site and could edit the event if they needed to make changes or fill in additional fields. (The importer currently defaults to my name as the importer and so I am assuming I am the only one who can make changes to the event.)

    We are very short-staffed so any small changes like this that will reduce our staff time needed for data input will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks so much for your help with this. The Facebook Importer plugin is really cool and it will be a big help to us!
