ModeratorHey Lisa!
Have you tried adding the code to your parent theme’s functions.php file rather than your child theme? If not, give that a shot and let me know how it works out. We also incorporated new settings in a recent release, so please review WooCommerce-Specific Ticket Settings tutorial to see if any changes have the effect you’re going for.
If neither yield the ideal results, we’ll continue investigating. Thanks and have a pleasant rest of your day. Cheers!

ModeratorHi David!
Welcome 🙂
I’d be happy to help where possible. First, our Admin roles and permissions guide is a helpful source in this scenario. Other ideas would be to provide specific calendar URLs (from the college) to the students for them to incorporate into their own Google Calendars.
I’d also try searching our forums in addition to general web searches on the matter to see if you can find a workflow that will compliment your wants/needs. Please keep me updated on your progress and have a pleasant remainder of your day. Cheers!

ModeratorHello!
Does that behavior occur after reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide? One idea would be to use CSS to override the white on white issue you’re currently experiencing.
Please check out this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video in addition to our Using Chrome Developer Tools tutorial on how to easily make changes using CSS.
Keep me updated on your progress and have an enjoyable rest of your day! Cheers 🙂

ModeratorHi and welcome 🙂
We’ve included a section to help empower how dates and times are formatted. If you haven’t already, check out Events > Settings > Display > Date Format Settings to see if any changes have the effect you’re going for.
If I’m on the wrong page and you believe a bug may be affecting your site, please send exact step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the behavior and I’d be happy to test things out and update you with my findings.
Have a pleasant remainder of your day. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Dave!
Unfortunately, we’re still working on incorporating the ability to import Additional Fields as you’ve described, but I’ll include this forum thread to the report which helps increase attention on the matter. Our UserVoice Feature Ideas is also a great place to suggest ideas you want see incorporated into future releases.
There are a plethora of plugins available in the WordPress plugin repository that can help bridge the gap until we can get this feature built into Event Aggregator. Please let me know if this helps answer your question and should you find a viable solution, feel free to share so other users can benefit from your research.
Cheers!

ModeratorHey Hans!
Thank you for providing a link to the thread you believe is related.
I set up a test recurring event w/ a starting date of February 7, 2017 to recur every week, with the last event ending on May 7, 2017. When I hit “See all” link, it does in fact show the event beginning February 7, 2017. When reverting back to TEC 4.3.5 and PRO 4.3.4, the /all page shows March 7, 2017 as the first event which (I believe) is the correct behavior.
With that said, I’ve created a report for the developers to review on a deeper level. Once I see an update, I’d be happy to provide any relevant information with you. Thanks for being so thorough in your initial post and let me know if you’ve got any questions or comments in the meantime. Cheers!

ModeratorHi and welcome 🙂
Thank you for being so thorough and descriptive in your initial post! I would be more than happy to compare what you’ve shared with me to our logged bug reports in addition to testing the issue on my local environment, but before doing I’ll need you to review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings.
Unfortunately I’m not able to do much until I have those results, but they’ll give me a much clearer idea on how to proceed. Thanks and have a pleasant rest of your day. Cheers!

ModeratorThank you for your patience while I further discussed the matter with some of my fellow support team members. We are actually aware of the issue you’re voicing concerns over, but I unfortunately don’t have a workaround in the mean time nor an estimate when a fix will be available.
I’ll include this forum thread to the report for the devs to review while making improvements, so feel free to share any more thoughts or facts on the matter. Sorry I don’t have better news for you at the moment and have a pleasant remainder of your day 🙂

ModeratorHello,
I’d start by checking out your Google Webmaster’s sitemap section to ensure you’re using the most up-to-date sitemap, which has an effect on the Google results you’re referring to. Yoast SEO includes a section geared towards sitemaps, so spend some time in both those dashboards and see if you’re able to get that info updated properly.
Thanks and have a good evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHello 🙂
If you visit Events > Settings > Display > Advanced Template Settings > Add HTML before event/after content fields, that might be where the unrecognized media is located. If not, I’d review our Themer’s Guide to see if you have any template overrides which include the unrecognizable media. You could also use the Inspect tool to see if you can get an idea where things are coming from.
Let me know what you find out and have a great rest of your day! Cheers 🙂

ModeratorHello!
First off, thank you for your purchase and welcome to our premium plugin support forums! There are a few different reasons as to why that information is not displaying. The first step is to review our Testing for conflicts guide to see if that has an impact on the missing info.
Please let me know what you find and we’ll continue investigating need be. Thanks again and have a great evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHey @Integrity 🙂
Sorry to see you’re having troubles. Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the ‘Time & Date’ section on the add/edit event screen for an event you’re experiencing this odd behavior on?
I’ll also need you to confirm you’ve reviewed the Testing for conflicts guide in it’s entirety before I’m able to proceed providing support. We need to eliminate both theme and plugin conflicts before moving forward.
Thanks and rest assured if the behavior you’re experiencing is from faulty code in any of our plugins, we’ll take the necessary steps to get things addressed in a timely fashion. Cheers!

ModeratorHi Matt 🙂
What you’ve described is definitely “doable” but may require some custom code, which we’re limited on what we can provide. I found a snippet which does something similar in Month view, so take a look and see if you can finagle it to work on whichever view you’d like. Sorry I can’t do more in this instance and if you’d like to see this feature built into an upcoming feature release, I invite you to submit the request to our UserVoice Feature Ideas.
Thanks and have a good evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHi and welcome back,
Before we jump to conclusions, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings?
When testing, please make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file. Any errors will display at the top of your page as you try to reproduce the conflict. I also recommend right-clicking your mouse and opening the ‘Inspect’ tool to see if any errors display in the console. Note what you find and please include it in your reply.
Thanks and have a good evening. Cheers!
