Featured Event mobile view issue

Good evening. I’ve attached an image to help elaborate my issue. I’m using the hottopix theme and if I use Full Styles or Tribe Events Styles, I get a white box with white text over the colored background in mobile view only. This should be the meta section, containing the date, time and location. This doesn’t happen in desktop view.

Please advise where/how to fix. Thanks for your help.

Does that behavior occur after reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide? One idea would be to use CSS to override the white on white issue you’re currently experiencing.

Which part of the CSS should I be using to override the white on white?

Hey John,

Welcome back. Did you review any of the resources I provided above? I attempted to locate the issue to see if I could get you started in the right direction, but I’m not seeing any white on white problem area. Can you please send a link where the problem is showing and I’d be happy to take another look.

As previously requested, the YouTube video and Knowledgebase article I linked to above should provide enough information on how to identify CSS classes/IDs if you’re not already familiar with the process. We are unable to assist with theme customizations and conflicts which I believe is the case we’re currently facing. Please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article for more information on the matter. I’ll gladly provide other relative resources below, too:
