ParticipantStanley,
Are you certain there are NO duplicates at all in this file? If so, what is the means by which you are confirming there are absolutely no duplicate events?

ParticipantIndeed the “STATUS: CONFIRMED” field exists in the ICS files—this is what is being reported as an “error”.
But if this doesn’t come from your CSV files, then I wonder where it’s coming from? Do you happen to know? I cannot generate CSV files from my local site or anything with a “STATUS: CONFIRMED”-type field…
I apologize for harping on this “STATUS: CONFIRMED” field, but it’s the only thing standing out as problematic here.
Stay tuned — I am going to modify the file and recommend something that might be a helpful experiment.

ParticipantThanks for confirming that Stanley — just curious, would you be willing to share the CSV file with us?
I’m curious if this CSV file has a column called “Status:”, which is why that might be showing up in the CSV files and generating the above-mentioned error regarding it.

ParticipantSounds good Ronald, keep us posted. If this thread closes automatically before you get to respond (which happens if no replies in three weeks by a bot on our forums), just open a new thread any time and include a link to this one for context. We can pick up the conversation from there.
Cheers!

ParticipantHey Joseph (and Jacquie!),
As Geoff mentioned we’ve been having trouble replicating this issue. Like Geoff, I am unable to recreate this myself…
…but since both of you are reporting this, there’s clearly something meaningful happening.
I’m curious if you can provide some information that may seem odd, but might help:
1. Head to Settings → General in your site’s wp-admin
2. Take a screenshot of as much of the whole settings page as possible. Be sure to include the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) options in the screenshot, especially.
3. Post those screenshots here so we can take a look at them. You can do so by uploading the screenshots to this thread. If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.
Thanks for your patience and persistence while we work on these odd issues together 🙂 As Geoff mentioned, we’re determined to figure out why this is happening and see if we can fix this.
Cheers!
