ParticipantThanks for the follow-up!
In regards to your next question, there’s unfortunately no straightforward way to get our styles to come after your styles. Using !important is the most simple, effective solution, along with adding more specificity to your CSS selectors to override anything inherited from other style rules (Google these terms if they happen to be ones you’re not familiar with—the website http://css-tricks.com is exceptionally good).
If you’re particularly interested in reorganizing the structure of resource-loading on your pages, you can dive into the code directly and tinker of course, but this is a complex-enough customization to fall outside the scope of the support we can provide here. (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/)
I hope this information helps!

ParticipantHey Paul,
I forgot to mention this handy article covering some of the details about GigPress and our calendar plugins working together: https://theeventscalendar.com/gigpress-with-the-events-calendar-and-event-tickets/
Like I said, the integration is not 100% complete yet, but there’s a lot of nice features here so definitely explore those options and let me know if there’s anything else I can try to help with!
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Paul,
Thanks for reaching out!
While our plugins themselves or WooCommerce don’t provide this functionality, we DID just acquire GigPress, a free plugin that offers some of this “Artist”-focused functionality. It’s actually built for musicians, specifically.
Like I mentioned, it’s free, so check it out here → http://gigpress.com/
We just acquired that plugin this week, so its integration with The Events Calendar and Event Tickets and such isn’t 100% yet, but I hope it’s a helpful tool that saves some time!
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Jeff,
Updating to Events Calendar Pro will NOT provide the feature you want here, a link back to the Facebook event on the front end of your WP event.
To add links to FB events on your WP events, you will have to write custom code unfortunately.
I elaborated on this and provided some samples here → https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/import-and-show-facebook-eventlink-in-description/
Check that out! I hope it helps.

ParticipantHey Romanz,
Thanks for reaching out. What you describe here is unfortunately not possible:
is it possible to RSVP a paid event in either the free or pro version? No ecommerce, just RSVP (for a paid event)?
Events with a cost can have tickets in the Plus version that folks can buy; OR, there can be a no-cost event for which people can RSVP. At this time there is no crossover of this functionality where folks can RSVP for a paid event as you portray it here.
Sorry to disappoint!

ParticipantHi Gabriel,
I’m glad to have helped! For further refinement of this custom code, however, you will have to take things from here, because we cannot write custom code for folks (even though I was happy to just to get the main issues resolved).
This, for example, is not possible at this time unless you write more custom code:
But in an event with 2 tickets, appears 1 in both tickets. How I define the DEFAULT ticket?
I am glad to have helped with the main issue here, and wish you the best of luck with your project.
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Beth,
Thanks for reaching out. I must admit, however, that I’m not quite certain what you mean by your question here.
Community-submitted events just get posted to the same exact calendar as “regular” events.
Can you clarify exactly what you mean here, and perhaps share some screenshots to illustrate your problem? You can do so by uploading the screenshot to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.
Thank you,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Javier,
Thanks for reaching out!
This is unfortunately not possible within our own plugins by default. Only our “Community Tickets” add-on has this feature—is that the plugin you’re describing?
I assume “no”, and I assume you are referring to Event Tickets Plus.
There are ways to add fees like you describe, but they unfortunately are done via WooCommerce itself, not our plugins, so for example check out this page:
I searched a bit and found this free plugin that does something like that, too:
And so on—check out some of these options and others, and post a question to the WooCommerce support folks too if necessary, and see if you think you can make things work as you hope….
I hope this helps!

ParticipantThank you for this!
This system information shows that you’re using version 3.12 of WooCommerce Tickets.
This plugin is outdated and no longer supported and has been replaced with Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus.
The first thing to do here, then, is to update to Event Tickets Plus on your site. You already have a license for it in your account, so I would recommend following all of the steps here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/
Once that is done, let me know how things behave.
Cheers!

ParticipantThey should help. 🙂

ParticipantThanks for opening a new thread, @Neil!
Can you post your system information here? Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thanks!
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantTo clarify, what I mean is, I see a few different ways to represent a cost in Swiss Francs.
So, if the US cost is this:
• $1,000
Then are you trying to make the cost this:
• Fr. 1,000
Or a different format? Let me know! 🙂
